Carrier AT&T iPhone 12/12 Pro/Max Pre-Order/Order Status/Delivery Thread (2020)

Mine did the same. I ordered a 12 white 128, and now it just says preparing to ship with no delivered by date. Im sure its just a glitch. Hopefully.
 
Just got an email from att that my order has been shipped and delivery date is 10/23. I ordered 12 pro blue on 10/16 at 9:30 AM CST. originally ship date was 10/23-10/30. I hope this gives hopes to people who’s orders haven’t had movement. :)

What is the status on ATT?
 
Sill in “preparing for shipping” on At&T but FedEx manager has something coming from Plainfield, IN next day priority overnight from “Ingram Micro” are y’all a saying from Apple???...knowing me I probably order something else and that’s showing up.

My Series 5 watch came from Ingram Micro

Ok just confirmed by a thread from last years iPhone release that this “Ingram Micro” is sending mine from Indiana. Will be here Friday!!!
 
I live in cincinatti. ATT says preparing to ship but nothing on fedex delivery manager yet. Hopefully i can find some tracking info today otherwise monday it is :(

Same happened to me and I ordered on launch day and had 10/23-10/30 but seeing others with later dates getting there’s shipped and same model? What a fail and no communication from ATT. Won’t order from ATT again.
 
Everyone hang in there! I ordered a 256g Pro in graphite & a 128g Pro in Pacific Blue at around 430 pm on 10/16. My order status for the 256 still shows in progress but my FedEx manager has a tracking number for it & shows delivery for 10/23. However, my 128g shows shipped through AT&T but the tracking number in the email “doesn’t exist” yet, but the email shows delivery date of 10/23 as well. It’s odd, but I’m trusting that both will be here tomorrow! Be patient I’m sure everyone will get their phones in time. *also, my official ship date wasn’t until 10/23-11/4

UPDATE: Both of my shipments finally showed up on my FedEx manager. Both for delivery on 10/23 One from Irving & the other from Indians. Which is odd considering i live in Texas. I also never got a shipping update from ATT on my 256.

I have Premier and says backorder when I checked order on phone #ORDR*. I order on launch at 8:29am. Very disappointed so far as that line says back ordered.

EDIT: literally the send shipping notice about 3 hours ago. ETA is tomorrow. Funny coming from York PA, when I’m in FL. Logistics.

Woke up and finally got “Preparing to Ship” on AT&T with 10/26 - 11/2. Ordered 10/16 @ 7:05am CST. Nothing on Delivery Manager yet. Pro 256 Pacific Blue. I live in the OKC area so I know it’s only a one day ship from Texas.
 
Still no movement here on a 128GB Pro Pacific Blue. Ordered 10/16 @ 1205. Showing same in progress as it has been, no Delivery Manager shipments. I'll be a bit optimistic since I know an Ingram Micro shipment from Indiana can take very little time, but starting to be a bit annoyed at the lack of movement.

I'm with you. 2 pros ordered at 8am CT on Friday are still in progress. I'm trying not to get pissed at this point and holding out hope that I can receive a notification by noon and get my phones tomorrow.

Just woke up to an email from AT&T that my phone has shipped. Received a tracking number with FedEx, scheduled for delivery tomorrow. I ordered at 8:02am eastern on 10/16. 12 Pro Graphite 256gb. Though on the AT&T website when checking order status, it still shows preparing to ship. Seems the website is slow to catch up.

Same thing for me. Although I ordered at 8:01 am eastern. FedEx manager updates sent me a text a package was in its way for delivery 10/23. Received today an email from ATT with the same tracking number.
 
I ordered a 12 Black 64gb on 10/16 at 9:31 ET. I had Fedex Delivery Manager email since Sunday, 10/18 saying something was being delivered on 10/23. This morning I received emails from AT&T and Fedex saying my package was shipped, overnight to my home in Rutland, VT.
