Yes, same here. As someone mentioned earlier, it first appeared at the bottom of the list. However, today it’s at the top; but still not “picked up”.
I ordered on AT&T app on the 6th and it’s said preparing to ship for the last few days. Is there any other way to find out anything

It could be a bit weird. Rest assured most of us will probably get ours that ordered on the 13th. But It would be nice if Apple and AT&T can get together for a little bit of a better tracking system. Instead of waiting for the last 24 hours with the amount we pay for our phones I don’t think that’s a lot to ask for
I completely agree. It’s crazy that so many can find tracking numbers through FedEx or UPS and yet it’s still saying “Preparing to Ship”. They could definitely create a better system since a lot of people do this every year.

The way the FedEx app works is it uses your address to show you shipments that are already in the system. So for ANY shipments with labels created going to your address, it will show in the FedEx app as soon as the label is created. This is how everyone is finding their shipping information. Mine is in there also while AT&T shows "Preparing for Shipment".

I'm not expecting any movement on my phone till Thursday. It's being shipped from a hub that's a few hours away from me so no need to see movement now.
This, exactly. When att status says “preparing to ship” it literally means just that. Your phone has a label and is waiting to be shipped in time for you to get it on the stated arrival date. It will not ship any sooner folks. My experience is that some will start getting “shipped” status late tomorrow into early Thursday. This status won’t be given until the phone has actually left the carriers warehouse.
This forum thread is about iPhone orders from AT&T so I doubt there is going to be much response to your post. You might want to open a thread for "iPhone orders from Best Buy". I would imagine you would get quite a good response from that.
Still waiting for my FedEx info. Should be soon. One of the first people to order right after they went on sale
Y’all have me checking my FedEx now 😂. I doubt mine will be showing up on there until Wednesday or Thursday. My Att orders always come from Fort Worth and I’m only 3 hrs from there so it’s usually overnight shipping.
Mine is showing as picked up. I live about 30 mins from Ft Worth. Still shows a 11/13 delivery date.
Mine is showing FedEx standard overnight as well and in Irving, Texas. Just a quick tip for anyone that couldn’t find their tracking info. I could not find my phone on the fedex website after signing up for the delivery alerts but I downloaded the app and it popped up. So for all of you still looking for tracking info download the app and check if it’s there.
Didn’t work. Even with FDM doesn’t show up. Oh well. Will just hope it’s true that it’s coming 11/13. I ordered right as soon as they went live.
