AT&T Next, 256GB Silver, email confirmation 3:13 AM EDT (12:13 AM). Still nothing. No charge or movement from 16-24 dates

I've ordered every single iPhone on launch day other than the 3G and 4 - and this has been the worst experience I've had. App nor the website would load on an iPhone 7, iPad Pro, MBP in Safari, or Chrome on a Windows PC across three internet connections (wifi, and two unique cellular connections).

Website finally went live about 2:10 CST, and every AT&T phone was already at 2-3 weeks shipping. Got a confirmation for an AT&T Next Silver 256 via email at 2:15. Still no movement.

Sadface.
 
I am too one of those who tried and got non stop error messages until finally the reservation notification appeared. When I tried to place the order initially and got all the errors the delivery was still 11/3. I have not received ANY confirmation email until Sunday at 1PM, after I sent several emails and calls, and a rep told me Sunday morning the reservation has expired.....so all of a sudden they found a way to re-activate it and now stuck in a window of 20-27....seems like it would have been better to just ignore that reservation and order new phone through IUP to get bumped up

Ive never gotten a launch day phone despite refreshing at 2:59am every time. But I've also never gotten more than a week delay. 2 weeks feels very long. 2 weeks has me tempted to wait in line.
 
Mine just flipped but date is the same. No charge on my account yet.

Crazy thing is, an hour later, i was able to finally get into the AT&T site (since the Apple store app already said 3-4 weeks) to order my gf's X. Hers is coming in tomorrow.
 
I ordered around 2:13 central time after the app wouldn’t load. AT&T’s website had a 22 min queue. Finally ordered though Apple.com and then got the reservation email notice since AT&T wasn’t linking with Apple.

Still showing 11/17-11/24, Order in Progress, no updates at all.
 
Sorry if this question has been asked before, but does anyone have any experience picking a phone up in store then cancelling a previous order? Does the Next upgrade refresh automatically?

I just feel like it doesnt, ugh.

Just from some quick google searches, it appears it is possible. Though idk if I would cancel without know the inventory... I also seen some posts where they said it took 72 hours... one guy waited 5 hours and nothing. I wanted to try this route to if the opportunity came up, but I think I'm just going to wait.

I have done it and it appeared instantly....but I have known people have it take a couple hours

Placed mine using the Apple App. Same shipping Window, no change in status, no charge on credit card yet.
