This is one sad, sad thread. IUP buyers are getting moved ahead of orders placed 15 minutes earlier (that I've seen so far). And stores appear to have plenty of stock today.

This group has absolutely gotten the shaft.

how do you know the stores have stock? is iStockNow up?

Not that it matters, but I submitted another complaint on Apple's website over how this was handled. I also submitted a survey several days ago. Not that anyone would actually read it, but it makes me feel somewhat better to know there is the possibility of it getting read somewhere.

Just so not right that others are getting their phones before the AT&T crowd. What happened to first come, first served? And what was the point of having to get up at 3am in the morning if wasn't going to earn us any advantages anyway? I've never had this much problem with any of the iPhone launches in the past and I've had almost every one!

I ordered as NEXT from Apple. It was 3:02am. I am still at 11/17-11/24. No charges, not changes, no movement. This is absolutely ridiculous. I’m thinking I’ll be lucky to see it in December. If I ordered through the Apple program I am sure it would have been bumped,

I find it amazing how many people I know who ordered hours after I did and they have gotten shipping info already!! Non of them are next payments either, most are iup users.

I can't do it this morning but I might try a store later on today. iStock is not showing anything at the moment for the X and you can't see store availability on apple.com without going through the carrier upgrade eligibility dance. Sigh.

No stores have X availability (apple stores) in the whole US

At least according to I stock

Ok I ran out to just check it out, the line is wrapped around the store but it actually doesn't seem that bad.
Yeah I figure a little later won't be bad and I might ask an Apple associate if my config is in stock. If it is I might get in the line.

Guess I’ll follow this thread since were all in the same boat and I rather be in a carrier specific thread besides all carriers in the other. Guess we are all just sitting and waiting.

I'm reading everyone's reports from the field. Apple Stores are probably mobbed but carrier stores and partner stores all appear to have gotten at least some stock.

My local BB, Target and one of the AT&T stores received 0 in for today. Not sure about the other one.

I’m not even gonna try to go to my local Apple store because I’m sure it’s a mess here in Atlanta. I may go there just to take a look at the device and check it out.
