I'm in KC and I had the issue on my 6 when I upgraded to iOS 9 and also now on my 6s as well as my iPad Air 2. I can do everything fine on wifi but on LTE hell it might as well be EDGE. Very frustrating especially since they just took my Apple Music money, can't even use it

Please submit a ticket to apple support. Maybe when they get enough complaints, they'll realize that Dorian doesn't know what he's talking about and find a fix.

All four of my families phones (iPhone 6, 6+, 6s, 6s+) had new sims when we activated the 6s & 6s+.
Not sure why (the wife did it).

All 4 phones have this issue.

Guess it's not that. lol. I pulled my sim out of my 6+ to put in my 6s+.

On LTE in Denver and downloaded a 90mb app just now and it took 2min or less. That is with 3 bars of signal strength. Streamed music I have never listened to over Apple Music and it was instant. News app also working normally. Haven't read entire thread but wanted to mention att is working fine in my area. 6+ iOS 9.02.

Do you have WiFi calling enabled? How about WiFi assist?

Songs are intermittently playing on Apple Music for me now. Have tried with both wifi assist off and on. South Florida area running 9.02

Edit: just tried downloading an app and it downloaded normally. Crossing my fingers that this issue is being fixed.

Wifi calling says not yet available. Wifi assist is on. Ran my tests by toggling wifi off so wifi assist should not be a factor as it uses cellular data when wifi connection is poor.

Be interesting to see if all the people having issues have WiFi calling enabled. I've been having issues, and I have WiFi calling active.

It would make sense too. Wasn't a huge deal when it was only a few people with iOS 9, but with the masses having access to WiFi calling and the fact that AT&T hasn't officially released it? Couple that with it makes sense why only AT&T people are having the issue. No other carrier is soft launching their WiFi calling along side iOS 9.

Tempted to disable WiFi calling and unprovision all the different SoC codes it adds to your line on your account when it activates to see if that is truly the problem. We would need to do it on a wider scale.

Yes, I might happen to be employed by the company in question. Yes, WiFi adds about 3-4 "SoC" codes to your lines rate plan that only we can see. No, it doesn't cost anything. Yes, they can be removed if needed.

It's not Wi-Fi calling. I have iPhone 4s which doesn't have that option and it's having same issue.

Experiencing App Store download issues on my 6sPlus here with the new SIM that came in the phone a couple of days ago. Apple Music does not seem to be affected for me.

Everybody keep tweeting @attcares it has to be att. The only way we are going to get a fix is if we keep hammering.

Can't really pinpoint if it's AT&T or Apple but definitely one or both because I also have another line which my Galaxy Note 5 is on and I can download just fine from google play store, browse the web, listen to music etc with now issues.

It's weird I do a speed test and I'm getting 35 mbps 'll speed. All apps already installed are fast as they should be and also streaming movies. It's just the app store that is either slow or stuck

App store downloads are still slow for me (but faster than before), so far music and news seem to be working better.

This morning I fired up an Apple Music radio station on AT&T LTE.

It failed.

I went in to settings--cellular and then turned off LTE. My iPhone established a "4G" connection.

Then Apple Music worked flawlessly.

This morning on the way to work (7:45a EST) Music and apps were still not working. As of the last 10 min or so (10a EST), every thing new I've tried to play via apple music has played perfectly. Is the problem resolved for others?

I've been having the same problem. Spotify streaming and safari work fine. Downloading apps is another story. 6S
