Not here. I got Preparing to Ship on both my lines. The one line said that on Sunday and I was able to see the FedEx tracking number that day. On the other line which was ordered 3 minutes later showed up on Monday as Preparing to Ship but I didn’t get the tracking number on FedEx until tonight. If your estimated ship date says Thursday Sept. 15th, I would say they are trying there best to process shipping. It’s that Preparing to Ship status you want next and check FedEx and see if you have any pending shipments. I think AT&T will probably post the tracking numbers on there by Thursday.
I pre-ordered at 6:53am CT, 7 minutes prior to launch by apple even. Still no tracking or processing to ship. Just Expected to ship: Thu., Sep. 15, 2022 which is weird. I chatted with the Bot via the att mobile app and the order says “Status: Ready for processing”
Sucks! I also have two orders one already got tracking but other one still on hold.
My status is still saying “Great news! We're just about ready to ship your order”.
I really hope I can get it on Friday for my trip next week.

Only change today was the date doubled up.

The credits might not appear for a couple months, when the do the are credited back to month one.
If they do, it would be very rare and they would be in trouble with Apple. Betting it will not happen.
Weird you should of gotten a preparing to ship by now. Cuz mine were placed at 6:51 and 6:54 CT.
Just wanted to jump in and share my experience with my order history, always order on launch day. We upgrade at least one phone annually between myself and my wife. We usually just rotate who gets the latest version, been an AT&T customer forever and thus far this year has been no different than any other. FedEx sent my tracking at 3 am today for Friday delivery, order status still shows as on hold with ATT. Ordered the Pro Max in black only a few minutes after the page went live on order day.
Have had some preorders move to shipped 3 hours after we order, some the day of, some do not update at all. Best way to track them has always been by just signing up for a FedEx account and taking it from there. Good luck to everyone, looking forward to getting the latest and greatest version on Friday.

For anyone that has launch day delivery, we won’t really see any change with AT&T until Friday as the previous years it’s been like that. No way we’re getting ours Thursday unfortunately but they will be shipped to our local facility.

Yeah in regards to the FedEX hold, looks like my package is being held in Irving, TX with no movement since yesterday. I did notice the message about the package being delivered on the 16th even bolder and larger font lol
Excited for all of you with tracking info! Not too much longer, Im a new sign up for Att, so I can’t even log into my account until my new device is activated, however I did get an email link to check my order progress and all it says is estimated shipping date of 9/15 so fingers crossed for a launch day delivery 🤞
So I ordered two phones - both show shipping on ATT, only one FedEx tracking number for a 2 lb package.
I ordered late as well. I have an Oct 25-Nov 1st ship date too. I should've ordered it last week, but I was still undecided. I ordered mine Monday. Hang in there! Maybe they will move a bit faster as the days go along. This is actually my first time ordering my iPhone through AT&T. I usually order though Apple. I'm thinking about trying to see if I can pick one up somewhere this weekend or next week and if so, I'll cancel my online order.
Problem is this swings into AT&T favor very quickly if you don’t keep at least 2 years because of the 36 months credit. It may take 1 to 2 years just to get back what the trade in is worth.
I think depends on how long might keep ip14. If any chance of wanting up grade next year then you would have paid $280 and only received $333 credits and owe the balance.I still have like $280 left to pay on my iPhone 12 through ATT. I did the trade in thing they had going when it came out so I still have a little over a year left on the “lease.” Wondering if I should pay it off and trade it in for the 14 pro? Is anyone doing the same? I’m liking that purple color and the dynamic island
Plus my discover it card has 5% cash back for Apple Pay starting next month. 🤔
It was a couple minutes after 8 AM. Looks like it has updated to "Great news! We're just about ready to ship your order." so I am a bit less anxious.
