Which phone are you getting?

If your phone is out for delivery right now did y’all get a email or text from att that your phone shipped? It’s not almost 8am and it still hasn’t arrived in my town or a neighboring city.
Out for delivery with FedEx. I received a text at 12:56AM (central) that said "Your order is on its way". AT&T website still shows "Great news! We're just about ready to ship your order."

So it seems things are delayed on both sides it looks like. Today will be a VERY BUSY day for APPLE and FedEx but I would rather order through ATT then be on the other side with Apple notating that your phone is still processing through customs....lol
 
At least your phones are moving. They are using UPS for my order, so far this morning, only the label was created ... lol.

Mine shipped usps and have had tracking number for a couple days now. Just shows label created still. Hopefully shows up.

My wife's phone is out for delivery. no email yet. AT&T site is still showing it hasn't shipped. The *6737 says it is backordered.
 
I just noticed, when I go onto att.com and check the phone order it says that my phones were shipped via Fedex and provides the tracking number, but for one of the phones the email and text I received state that it's via UPS and gives a UPS tracking number, which when I put it in says it's out for delivery.

when I use the *6737 method it says that all 4 were shipped out via FedEx and gives just one tracking number lol.

It's safe to say that there is a bit of confusion going on at AT&T.
 
Well, mine was delivered 10 minute ago and the ATT website still shows it as not shipped yet haha.

Four items ordered. Two are out for delivery… one through FedEx and one through UPS. The other two items on att.com show ‘Were just about to ship’ and ‘On hold’. However, both items through *6737# are listed as ‘Backordered’…

I love simplicity and clarity.
 
Ughhh I hate that I can't follow my delivery truck on Fedex. I'll have it 'before 8pm'.:rolleyes:
i can see the truck within the detailed tracking of fedex

Anybody know if ATT would ship through other means even though tracking shows FedEx? If so how you figure that out?
 
Unfortunately I dont think I’ll be getting mine to Monday. I use ups box for my mail, as I am in a temporary living position and don’t want my mail coming here.. says 7pm delivery though they close at 630. Though I guess I can hope they have some arrangements with ups stores for after hour deliveries. Guess ill live with my 11 till then.
