Mine just got switched to a Monday delivery now. Said “Package at station, arrived after courier dispatch.” I called to see if I could pick it up, but FedEx said that AT&T won’t allow it. Oh well…..Monday it is.

i got one of these a few minutes ago but instead of "9/16 by 8 pm" it now says "9/19 by 8 pm even though tracking information says it arrived at local fedex facility this morning at 8 am. WTF.
Anyone ever seen this. I just got a text from FedEx saying, “your package is on the way!”, but then a delayed, but the new delayed delivery window is the same as the original delivery window for today???
That’s exactly what just happened to me. It’s a bummer because I’m right next to where it is, but they say AT&T won’t allow pickups on these orders.
My phone just got delivered by Fed ex. I’m at work so my father signed for it.
Saw FedEx drop it off on my Ring camera. Decided to go run and grab it. Had to head back to the office unfortunately so won’t be able to set it up until I get home. Damn people who schedule conference calls on Friday afternoon!
My delivery was just delayed to Monday as well. Really annoying, especially after having to wake up early for a 5:00 a.m. pre-order when I work late.

Anyone who is doing a NextUp upgrade, any issues with eSim activation? I am unable to convert to eSim on my 13 ProMax, so I'm hoping I won't run into any issues when my phone delivers today.
Never mail off a phone to AT&T always do the trade in store only
I've been mailing mine off for years and have never had a problem. However, there are so many corp stores around me, so maybe I'll try in-store this year.
Mine still has the message about "almost ready to ship" on my order page at AT&T. It continues to say shipping on Sept 15. I was never sent a tracking number or even an email about the order. I got the tracking number last night from customer service. Phone actually shipped on the 14th. My iPhone 14 Pro Max was delivered a couple hours ago via FedEx. Crazy....AT&T's system isn't working well
I did last time for X phone and had no problems with AT&T receiving it from UPS.
Do you feel safe sending it with the return label ? Instead of going to the store ?
Well, got a bunch of mixed signals from Att all day and it’s apparently backordered. With no estimation on delivery date.
That sucks, sorry to hear. I recall reading previously that the shipper (AT&T) sets the delivery terms, and in this case, they have a "deliver weekday" service specified, so FedEx won't even try to deliver on Saturday, even though your shipment was delayed. You might call FedEx and see if they'll let you pick it up somewhere.
Anyone else in the same boat? 😭 ATT says shipped, but this is all see through USPS. I had no idea they even shipped iPhones.
FedEx doesn’t usually deliver on Saturday and I believe the shipping service used by AT&T is “weekday delivery”. And I’m losing hope myself at this point here in Portland - mine didn’t even get to the city from Indianapolis until 10 am - I can’t imagine they’re going to do some sort of special afternoon rush delivery. My wife’s phone still isn’t even showing a tracking number or that it’s shipped. Just not a great experience all around with AT&T this year.
