If you're having issues with eSim activation: Upgrade to iOS 16.0.1 and reboot. That kicked my ATT eSim into gear and finally activated.

Okay mine just did the same. My question is, it’s 4:19 where I’m at so how did they update tracking for 8:59 tonight. Can USPS time travel?

I just got off the phone with AT&T, they told me that FedEx couldn’t make it in time to pick up the equipment by the cut off to be able to be delivered today. Looks like it won’t get here till Monday. Of course, they were really weird about it and kept repeating what I had told them for about 15 minutes before they got to what I already knew. they didn’t care about launch day delivery guarantees, or anything, I don’t even know if they even have that anymore. There’s nothing much more to do, except hope that the phone is still coming today with another tracking number that we don’t have , lol. doubt it though.

I was going to call them until I saw your reply. I got a text from FedEx around 3:30pm advising me my package delivery date updated to Monday and it is now in transit. Hope yours did too.

While I was at Best Buy picking up a few things the greeter told me they just got their iPhone 14 display up a little bit before I got there. So I got distracted and went to look at them since my 14 Pro - Space Black won't be here until Monday.

BB had the Blue iPhone 14, Space Black 14 Pro and Deep Purple 14 PM out on display. To me online pictures of the Blue and Deep Purple doesn't do those phones justice. Both colors look really good in person. Now I'm not a big fan of purple in general but I honestly wouldn't mind having a Deep Purple 14 Pro or PM. The Blue iPhone 14 was my favorite in terms of color.

I took a pic of mine shipping labels to show I sent it off and followed the tracking. I didn’t have an issue and credits kicked in earlier than they were suppose to.

This is my first time using AT&T … so here are my steps for sending back:

1) remove find my phone
2) remove screen protector
3) deactivate AppleCare
4) unpair watch
5) reset to factory settings
6) remove sim card

Does this sound correct?? I’m paranoid about being rejected and charged for remaining payments!! 😬😬😬

Makes no sense if you live in Ft Worth.
Mine was in Irving and now it’s in transit to Ft Worth(as of 4:39 am) I live in Denton county. All of these years living in either OK or TX I’ve had my phone ship from Ft worth.
Which phone did you order?

That is odd. I live in Flower Mound and my phone was sitting in FW since 9/13 with instructions to delivery today.

Mines is up and activated. I switched over to esim on Sunday, so getting my 14 pro up and running was seamless.

Sorry the lighting in my room is awful.

Silver Pro Max got here a little after noon. Just came home from getting groceries, too. Slapped on a screen and lens protector, and there is a glass back protector for iPhone 13 Pro Max, hope to get for 14 pro max later. Fell asleep while re-pairing my Apple Watch, but finally done

Very happy with the Max version, coming from the iPhone 11 Pro. Smooth transition

I ordered my 14PM late in the morning on the 9th and AT&T’s site said delivery between the 23rd and 30th. I had zero shipping updates, no way of accessing tracking numbers (*6737# didn’t work) and no incoming shipments on the FedEx or UPS sites. I thought for sure it’d arrive late, yet to my surprise it was still delivered to my house today about an hour ago.

I have the same shipment date as you from AT&T. Does it update on your order status? Mine still says we got your order message

my 14PM 256 arrived early at the local AT&T - this was expected

son'e 14PM 512 was expected for Oct 28 -Oct 30
but just got an email saying it too was delivered at the same store.

Sunday it took me like 5 hrs. I couldn't get my sim tray open and had to change phone plan. After that it was chaos. It took like 4 different agents through chat to help.

Glad today was seamless, it made Sunday count.

Oh man, I'm sorry. I was literally loading up chat as it was updating to iOS 16.0.1. I was fully prepared to spend a few hours with support. They get you running though?

Also, remove the passcode if you have one on your phone. Other than that, you good to go.

After you transfer data to your new iPhone using phone-to-phone transfer, it will ask if you want to Erase the phone for trade-in, resell etc.
