Wife waited all day for her phone. We’ve been tracking the FedEx truck and it was about 5 mins away then just left and went to the hub 45 mins away. Then the status was updated to say delivery was attempted, which is a complete lie. Call cust support and was told the driver said it wasn’t safe to leave the package. Nothing but a bunch of liars, I despise FedEx.

Surprised about the weight. Having an 11 pro all these years (almost 3), the max is not as bad as I was preparing for. And mine is staying nekkid. Can’t stand cases 😏

I've been mailing mine off for years and have never had a problem. However, there are so many corp stores around me, so maybe I'll try in-store this year.
Same here…years and no issues. Just keep the tracking, texts, and emails they send you.

Mine was delivered about 1pm. Tossed it in a torras magnetic case and but a mag glass privacy screen on it. Also set my 12pro to eSim early. it was a seamless transition. got it all set up but havent messed with much had to go to work.
 
Do I win? My AT&T account still says I should have it on Oct 28th, but I have it in hand! Purple 14 PM 512GB. Ordered in store last Friday evening, so I expected it to be delayed until Mid/late Oct. Not complaining one bit!
 
Made it here 14 minutes before the end of the delivery day…but at least it made it. FedEx sent four trucks to my neighborhood today. Ha!

FedEx just left it with no signature required!! Woohoo! I wasn’t home so had no way to sign for it.

Depends on your carrier, your phone should have arrived with a return slip. You can use the same box to return your old device. If not, they sometimes ship out the return box separately.

Anyone else in the predicament that I am in? The phones supposedly shipped but it has been stuck on "Label Created" on UPS for just over 24 hours without any updates?

Mine is still stuck saying in transit but with a red exclamation point and no update since Thursday night. FedEx is great……said no one ever
 
We got our two PM in DP. Loving the improvements as always. Just when you think they can’t make it any better, they make it better, haha!!

I have the dreaded red exclamation mark too since 8 pm last night. It still says in transit but the delivery is now pending? So Frustrating!
 
Y'all are lucky. Pre-ordered last Friday. Had it shipped to the store. Received UPS tracking information. Everything going smoothly, until I checked my tracking information this morning. Damage Reported. Empty box reported. Notifying shipper. Not the first time I've had issues with UPS.

Went to the AT&T store where I pre-ordered. Manager was less than helpful and said to wait. Eventually they'd receive either a damaged box, which they would report, or a new phone in for me. And that they'd let me know when the new phone arrives. Yippee.
Update:

Called AT&T. They said that on their system, all they see if the order in transit. They checked the tracking number and told me the same thing I told them. That my package had been reported damaged and shipper would be notified. They said there's nothing they can do and that I need to contact UPS.

I called UPS. They read me the same thing that the website said. Your package had been damaged and we would report it to the shipper. They said to call AT&T and let them know that UPS would respond.

I asked both sides how long it would take to remedy the situation. AT&T said it depends on UPS. UPS said it depends on AT&T. No accountability on either side. My estimated delivery date went from 09/16/2022 to open-ended.

I would honestly call ATT back and ask for a manager since they are giving you the run around. In most cases, they will escalate if requested. You can also use key buzz words like "Retention Department" as well.
