A little update. My wife got her 512 Pro yesterday. I never got a tracking email or delivery email for hers. My 256 purple pm said it would ship between the 23rd and 30th of September. It is supposed to be delivered Monday now. I ordered both at 7:30 pm est on pre-order day.

I got ship notification with usps three days ago now for priority express shipping and still sitting at origin facility in Indianapolis according to tracking.
Called FedEx about my situation. They opened a case to investigate.
Phone showed up at the local FedEx hub today and it was possible to pick it up. 🥳
i got that message then an update a couple hours later that it was back on schedule, and it arrived friday at 3 pm.
WELL mine did end up getting delivered yesterday after ATT told us that it had not shipped and they had no clue when it would arrived. Hung up the phone and the UPS man was at the door!
I literally made an account just to tell you everything is the exact same situation I'm in 😂 my girlfriend and I both ordered our phone's at 7:30 PM on release day, she got a Pro that was delivered yesterday, my 14 Pro Max said it would be shipped from the 23rd-30th, and it also updated to being delivered Monday.
Me third. My wife and I ordered Friday afternoon. She got a Pro that was delivered yesterday, and I got a Pro Max that was expected to ship the 23-30th, but it’s coming Monday.
Why the heck is everybody getting their orders and I am not? I contacted att several times!!! And still no help!
Did you get a tracking number? The shipping carriers have been going crazy with the launch. It is possible that it just has not processed yet. I was finally advised that I should receive my orders on Monday but that was after 2 days of no updates at all.
Received no tracking number. Contacted att over 15 times still no help! My preorder date was 9/9 and expected ship date 9/15. I don’t know what is going on! And nothing has changed
If it still says "Shipping" but has not actually shipped, it may still be processing. What I would try doing is to call ATT back and ask for either a manager or the retention department and inquire that way. If it was supposed to ship out, it should have.
In my case, it did not say it actually shipped on ATT's site until late Thursday night.
It says “great news your order is ready to be shipped”. I’m honestly sick of calling them and listening to different things over and over again. I tried canceling they said it’s too late because it’s in progress
Fair enough. I know for a fact that the shipping companies are still slammed though. Most of the orders are by flight until they get to local territory. I cannot advise what provider ATT is using for your order but if you want to see the flight paths, you can review as followed. The site is safe as it uses public flight records. You can see most flights are either congregating in South Eastern China or Muhammad Ali INTL in Kentucky.

No, not specifically but you can see all the planes with a particular company to see where to activity is. It was more to show how active they are right now. Orders are still crazy.
