iPhone 14 PM Purple 256 just went to preparing to ship and is showing up in my FedEx app.

The 14PM Purple 128 and Watch Ultra with Green band is still on hold.

Yup looks like they’re on the 256 models right now. Check your FedEx account if you have one, you’ll probably have the tracking number already in it!

So my 256 SB Max has been preparing to ship, nothing in my FedEx app, but found a package in my UPS My Choice using tel as reference number. What do you use for a reference number in the ATT app?

I ordered two phones - Mine via Apple because I’m on the update program, and I see my phone in the UPS app. My wife’s phone I have to preorder through ATT and this is the one that’s on hold still. I don’t see anything in the UPS or FedEx with her number as reference. Thanks for the tip though. Looks like this is normal for a number of people so I think eventually it’ll work itself out this week.

I’m in same boat. Got the message preparing to ship with ship date of the 15th. I got the 1024g purple version. Traded in my 11 pro max. Says “great news we are about to ship your phone” or something like that.

On the att.com website, expand “my AT&T” on the top right and click on orders. This should show you the status of all your current and previous orders.

My order is for a iPhone 14 Pro Max Purple 512 GB and its still on hold like others posted here.

I had to cancel my 1st order placed at 6:50am CST because my address was wrong and complete a second order --time of 2nd order 8:20 am CST. Don't know if the times make any difference

Mine was showing in the order summary page where you select the order you want to see details. It is now showing in progress for iPhone and Apple Watch Ultra.

Still no tracking in FedEx

Ordered through ATT, purple 128gb pro max. Say on hold but I went to my ups app and have a shipment from “Apple Fusion” that is coming from Carlisle, PA. Soooo I’m pretty sure I’m all set.
