Good for you. I ordered sapphire at around the same time, canceled the order and bought an aluminum one at around 3:47. Even though it said delivery of Sept. 22, I think I'm out of luck.

I also order black stainless. Still in progress. Looks like most people who order aluminum has some change in status.
 
Mine is now showing “Shipped” as well. Tracking on FedEx says delivery by 8pm tomorrow. Wooo! Hope everyone else’s updates soon, too.

Mine just changed to preparing to ship! I don’t expect it to be here on launch day since I ordered almost 2 hour late. But one can always hope. Fingers crossed.
 
Got an email from AT&T saying my 42mm has shipped and will be here tomorrow. Still nothing from my wife’s 38mm. I did order at 7:49am ET tho. Hopefully she’ll get hers tomorrow too.

Same i got preparing shipping for my 42 mm space gray sport black band

And my wife’s 38mm silver aluminum fog white sport band is still in progress

3:35am eastern time Order.
 
Both mine just prepared to ship
- 42mm Space Alm - Dark Olive Sport Loop
- 38mm Silver Alm - Fog White Sport

Last year my iphone 7+ didn't leave Dallas until like 3/4am and I still received it on laugh day.
 
What’s the best way to handle delivery if you don’t plan on being home most of the day? I called FedEx’s customer service and the automated system said my package isn’t eligible to be held at a FedEx location.
 
For fedex will they allow us to hold at a fed ex facility or store ? It’s not allowing me to do that option. I’m going to be working all day tomorrow and would rather pick up at store.

I don't believe they hold unless it required a signature. Last year my AT&T 7+ didn't require one so they will just leave it at your address.
 
I know mine isn’t coming anytime soon. Got Oct 27 date but happy to see others will get there’s tomorrow. I’ll going to try an ATT store tomorrow to see if they get any in stock.

Did your est. ship date still say the 21st - 28th?
 
Just checked mine, preparing to ship. Ordered Sept 16 @ 9:21PM, was quoted ship timeframe of 9/29-10/6

Now that's interesting. Mind if I ask which one you ordered?

I have two orders one says 9-21 - 9/28 and the other says 9/22 - 9/29
neither have moved to prepare for shipment
