I at least get a error message "Oops, that wasnt supposed to happen" before I got the "oops, looks like its not available in your area yet"

Yesterday when I checked wasn't available in Las Vegas, NV but about 30 minutes ago I was able to activate it..

But no clue how to/if possible confirm that calls are going over wifi :)

I'm in Connecticut-It let me go through with setup and it let me enter my address and it appears to be activated but I only have an AT&T logo no AT&T Wi-Fi yet....anything else I need to do?

I'm in RI same thing for me. My guess is the region hasn't been activated yet. Probably soon though as I couldn't even activate two days ago.

Running in airplane mode with wifi on, received and made a call with no noticeable difference. I have to leave the microcell on for the wife, so it will default to that if I turn airplane mode off.

If you turn Airplane Mode on and then Wifi On, you'll see the logo. I'm thinking it changes based on cell signal.

Albany, NY now live.

The emergency address that pops up is my old address. My billing and contact information all have my new address. Apparently, AT&T has never heard of server replication. SMH

Lol...Albany seems like the last place to ever get anything.

Nothing in Virginia Beach/Hampton Roads yet.
Ain't that the truth. The poor AT&T people were forced to wear 4G shirts for MONTHS before 4G even went live here.

Hard to believe Albany is the capital of NY.

I'm in Indianapolis, IN and get the oops message after agreeing to the terms when turning on wifi calling. Where in the country have people had success with this?

Mine just got activated after it was not working this morning. Long Island, NY ( Suffolk County )

Does anyone have it working with an unlimited data plan? I've read it's mobile share only.

Activated here in Northern California. The wifi logo only appears when airplane mode is turned on though. Like @omegis83 said, I think it activates only if you have a bad signal.

Oh ok I tried it but still no word. I'll try in low coverage area later.

I got it working in Puerto Rico...but I used my old Richmond address so its probably safe to say it works in Va not Puerto Rico .

Enter airplane mode. Turn on wifi and it should connect to att wifi. Once connected you can shut off airplane mode. It should stay in wifi calling as long as you maintain your wifi connection.

I am in the Waterbury, CT area and got it working even though we aren't in a VoLTE area. Calls will drop when I lost wifi connectivity due to not having VoLTE but wifi calls do work pretty well!
