I love the section on userfrendliness:
Apple has always had userfriendliness as a high priority with their previous operating systems. With OS X this changed. By basing it on a UNIX-system Apple lost all of their simplicity. Not that OS 9 was great in anyway but atleast you didn't have to mess around with a text based terminal to get things working.

In fact many applications available don't come with a graphical user interface, so if you want them to work, you better start making friends with the terminal.

You know why this guy's comments sound so stupid? He's obviously never been to sites like macrumors, where real apple users take their time and slaughter apple about anything related to mac...

Apparently he has not seen this months Consumer Report where Apple was Number 1 in every area (Desktops, Tech Support, Repair Turn-Around Time, etc... ) except it came in 4th for laptops, Sony I believe was first, Gateway was dead last. So much for Mac's Suck.

Evidently not- if he would have, then he would have some proof that Apple is awesome! :)

Not really sure why one would want to seek out such a terrible site. But it makes for a good example about the ignorance or some (not all!) PeeCee users. :)

I just find it comical that the mac-sucks website copies the http://www.apple.com website design.

I thought that was the anti-apple one.

BTW, DevilsRejection, i don't care whether they like Mac or not, I just think these sites are a good laugh, especially where Mac users slaugther the sites in the feedback section.:D

I just love the argument that says: "In fact many applications available [for Mac] don't come with a graphical user interface..."

Hang on.... this just in. Windows has a lot of programming without a GUI either, they're called viruses and spyware.

This post should have been titled "Draw attention to this site"

You are probably right johnjeffrey, if nothing else, we have boosted the amount of traffic that horrid little site normally gets.

1. The Mac... It just works

This is maybe the ultimate reason a mac owner will give you to explain why it's superior to a PC. The mac owner will tell you that all people that own macs are really satisfied with their computers and would never switch back. This is ofcourse not true. If you read our Real stories you will find all kinds of interesting stories about owning a mac.

That should probably read "Real Story" considering there is only one. Here I am expecting to read all the letters from people about their experiences, and there is one. ONE! This site is pretty crappy.

I left a comment in their feedback section....On the so-called "objective" mac-sucks.com....

I own both a mac and a PC. I did realize something that you neglected to mention on your website. The over 100,000 viruses for PC's, and the 0 for macs. Also, I do find Apple's design and ease of use is superior, but the PC's software library better. So basically, if you are going to say that macs suck, then state the unbiased facts, not just the one-sided view.
