Visually these look pretty cool. The original version was very ok and for sure not worth the price. If the case doesn't have wireless charging and they're still charging a premium Apple price, I think these things will sit. There's too much competition with better sound, customization, and similar features and much better pricing along with multipoint connection and consistent, easy to understand firmware updates.

Originals were not worth the price?? If so then neither were the original AirPod Pros

yet always partially or entirely behind AirPods in terms of actual hardware and sound quality.

Excluding the Airpod Pro’s 2, I think the Beats Studio Buds & Fit Pros sound better than all of the other airpods including Airpod Pros 1. Though the Fit Pros do sound very similar to the Pro 1, but with slightly more low end which the Pros 1 are weak at.

Never been a fan of these transparent designs. I know the original iMac was a hit, but I never liked that design either.

I know it's a controversial opinion. I've never loved the original iMac design. Besides the semi transparent plastic which I thought was tacky and gimmicky, I didn't like how it stuck out in the back. Just shape wise, I prefer the design of the original Macintosh. Make that look more modern and I would've preferred it.

But the first iMac I used was the sunflower iMac, which I think is one of the greatest designs of all time. That could've influenced my opinion of the G3.

I agree of the original Macintosh and sunflower/iLamp iMac over the first iMac in terms of design. The original iMac's protruding back due to the cathode-ray screen was a cheap solution and it worked for that time. The constant evolution of the iMac to have a floating screen began with sunflower.

I have a set of Gen 2 AirPods and a set of Gen 1 APPs and it’s been flawless. Sometimes it does what I told it to do when I don’t want it to. Sometimes I don’t want it to jump to my phone. But that’s the way I have it configured and it works perfectly for me.

Not the same but I do find that the 2nd Gen AirPods will sometimes drop from my phone when I’m using I my one ear. They’re not a perfect product but the following feature has been super. For me.

Same as Jole, its not consistent for me either, I guess you are lucky. Mine sometimes never switches. Other times it will switch up to 5 minutes later. And theres a 25% chance it will just work right away. Its so bad, that I now just manually switch from the control panel, every single time without waiting to see if it works. Im on gen 2 wireless charge airpods. I briefly had the Air Pods Pro 2, but returned them because of this same issue, didn’t think it was fair for the money I paid.

I ordered from Apple and it says "1 business day". I think this means they will ship within 1 business day.
