Not sure I'm ready to take an exacto knife to it yet, but with some minor judicious shaving of the Grip Vue, I think you could get the camera connector to fit. It's not much bigger than the power connector. Alternately, if you use the connector only rarely, you could just peel back the cover while you use the connector.

I got my 3G ipad on Friday and went case shopping on Sat. Based on recommendations in this post, I got the Belkin Vue Grip in clear. I agree, it's the perfect way to protect your ipad. :) It looks great, and doesn't cover up the beautiful design of the device. It also makes handling the iPad so much easier. It makes the iPad much easier to grip. The price of 50 bucks:eek: is a bit high, but the case is worth it.

Is this case available at Best Buy at all? I know it's not listed on their site, but was wondering if anyone has seen it in store.

I don't have an Apple store near me and online stores either don't have this in stock or have jacked up the prices.

The BB near me did not, have you checked Amazon.com? I thought the something since BB is only a mile away from me. They didn't have it but I should also point out this was a few weeks ago. They may be getting different cases as they become popular.

Thanks! I checked Amazon earlier and they were stating 1-3 week wait, but now its in stock.

The Online Apple Store has them in stock with shipping in 24 hours.

I have to give a big thumbs up to this case. I've been using it for two weeks, and it's perfect (except for the price). It provides a good grip, it looks great, and when you put it down on a glass table it sticks.

The one thing I was really concerned about was dust and debris getting under the case. This hasn't happened at all. The case is very tight on the iPad and provides a nice seal.

I ordered a silicone case- the Incipio DermaSHOT- and it was awful. It was very flimsy, and every time I picked the iPad up, the case would peel away from the edge. I packed it up and returned it after 5 minutes.

Btw, I have the black tinted Grip Vue.

I have this case as well and just wondering if there's a sleeve case that would perfectly fit with belkin vue.... I saw one on that show your iPad case thread, but I can't find that thread anymore :(

I have an incase netbook sleeve that I bought when I got my iPad. It's a little taller than the sleeves that are made specifically for the iPad, so it fits the iPad with the Grip Vue almost perfectly.

I must say I never expected such a good case from Belkin. All their past cases for Apple products have been just terrible. They really steped it up with the iPad.. I have so many cases now I don't use the belkin anymore but I'm sure I'll come back for it :)

going for the black. looks smart and best of all no yellow sweat stains. If someone could post pics of their black belkin grip vue I would be grateful.

Yellow sweat stains? First I've heard of this.

Nice Stand!!!

That's a Business Card Holder and it's clear. Where did you get it?

Clear looks much better.

It's personal taste, but I think it does too. So the question of the yellow sweat stains as posted above - never heard of it before. Anybody seen this with their clear Belkin, or is it just FUD spread by that poster?

No it doesn't.:p

That's just a bad photo.

It really is a matter of opinion. SchneiderMan, you should know better.;)

Well yeah that was my opinion. Always. I just love the aluminum and don't want to cover it up :)
btw how are you liking you Dermashot? I have a major issue with it being too flimsy..

It is way way way way way too flimsy. Did I say way?

I didn't like that when I picked my iPad up, the DermaSHOT would peel back from that edge of the iPad.

I packed it back up and shipped it back to Amazon two minutes after I put it on my iPad. What a piece of crap. The concept is good, but the execution is awful. For shame, Incipio!

I'm sticking with my smoke black Grip Vue. It looks way better than the clear one.;)

Exactly.. I can tell you that the 1337 version is much better! It does not peel back. Get and try it out :)
