Seriously though, my store has at least twenty 10.5 Pros in stock. Just check the website with your zip code and see what is available. Obviously not all configurations but you might be able to get one today in your area.
 
Yeah somethings going on. I was checking on my model iPad Pro 12.9 512GB AT&T on their website and they were quoting pickup by 6/16 just a few min ago. Now both store and online are unavailable everywhere. They probably didn't get their expected stock and are moving things around.
 
Just checked the apple store and they have it in stock now and available to for pickup, so I'll go that direction. Never again with Best Buy.

You won't return the giftcard. Instead they will charge you for it. Happened to me witht the bs "free" software Best Buy gives with these preorders. Last time, I cancelled the iPad but they still charged me $30 for the software since it was a digital code (which I hadn't used and had no intention of using). It took literally hours on the phone to get it resolved.

I always cancel that free software crap. You have the option in the checkout to remove it and not have to deal with that on a return.

As if this couldn't get any more bizarre... Just got my shipping notice from Best Buy that Fed Ex will deliver tomorrow. Geez.
 
I had originally pre-ordered through Best Buy so I could get the $25 gift card. Their system mysteriously cancelled my order saying 'could not verify your info' even though I was on THEIR website using THEIR credit card. No one could find a way to re-intstae the order. The Best Buy rep is sending me a $75 gift card for my troubles.

Ended up ordering a 256GB LTE 10.5 from AT&T. Picked it up at my local UPS hub this morning.
 
Ordered last Tuesday the 6th and selected store pick up. iPP 10.5" Space Grey 256GB status is "in-Progress" but said "Available Today" next to it. Maybe because the store has yet to open that's why status has not moved yet.I'll check in a couple of hours and see if anything has change after the store open at 10AM PST.

I received the $25 GC last Saturday.

Same happened to me but no one would attempt to fix it or explain it, I was told to just re-order it despite it being delayed then sold out.

IP 10.5" SG 256GB. Placed order on June 6th for local pickup. This morning was showing Pre-Ordered and 5 min ago changed to Order received available for today. They even show that there are few available for pickup today ready in 1 hour. Heading to my local BB store to get mine.

Just got back from Bestbuy. Got my 10.5 model, and am restoring from backup. Have not had a chance to play with it yet. But am excited!!

Best Buy screwed me over too. Don't promise what you can't deliver!

Same here! I ordered a 64gb 10.5" space gray on the 9th for in-store pickup and was promised it would be ready today. Checked the status this morning and it says they don't have any! Then I selected another store nearby that had one in stock, and now just got another notification that they don't have any either! Never doing another pre-order with Best Buy again.

Status for me has not changed since this morning - it's still saying "in progress" . I called the store and was giving me the run around that the shipment has not come in. Granted it's only 2PM here PST but from my experience these thing should have come in a day before release. I don't know what Best Buy is trying to pull but it does not sound good. What's worse is the lady I was speaking to said she will check at the warehouse and then hang up on me, I called back several time and all I get is a hang up. Sigh!
 
About an hour before I got home, I received email confirmation that my order had shipped. Just got home and checked the FedEx tracking, it's been picked up in Minnesota and is scheduled to be delivered to me by 8pm tomorrow!!!

For those who didn't see my post from earlier, I preordered my 12.9 512GB Silver Wifi iPad Pro on Jun 7th. It had shown a delivery date of Jun 13th up until 5am this morning. When I woke up I had received an alert that my order was delayed and that the new delivery date was Jul 5th smh. Like most here, I was extremely done with Best Buy.

So, for those of you like me, don't lose hope. It appears Best Buy is trying extremely hard to fulfill these preorders
 
Arrgh. I've been Best Buyed! Just got an email switching mine from "pickup today" to July 11. Hope it changes to something sooner like Maukey, but I'm done with doing this again through BB. Should have just bought at Apple.
 
BB's order status is all wrong. I ordered a 10.5" 256 GB yesterday for delivery to my office today. I got an email last night saying it was delayed until July 13. Order status says preparing for shipping and no delivery date...FedEx just dropped it off this morning.

This was the best reply to come home too, hopefully this is the case. Still nothing as of right now.
 
Best Buy mobile office called me and had to call ATT with me on the line. I guess I have too many lines. Lol anyway they fixed it and the number is assigned to the iPad supposedly. She said it's shipping from Utah?? Ok.. anyway no tracking yet and it says 7/6. Who knows....
