Best Buy Pre Order for Series 4 Apple Watch?

People panic when they see Apple orders progressing but that’s because they are coming from China.
I’m not panicking. I’m not in any hurry. Just like to know when I’m getting something. It’s the same watch anyways.
Was talking in general terms. Not directed at you. Depending on where one lives, the watch could ship as late as Thursday.
No they are indeed a bit bigger. Probably not too noticeable although the Apple Store iOS app size comparison shows a difference. I've seen other drawings where it isn't so pronounced.

I ordered from BB a 44mm SS white band and it was ordered at 2:12am CST.
Order status on website shows "we'll let you know when it ships"
Also shows "In Progress".
I posted ordered but it was a pre-order. I looked again in the morning on Sept 14th and it did not offer the pre-order button and said coming soon, then later that day it was up for pre-order again but also saying all the pre-orders had all been filled.

I just called the 888 number and it told me your order is being prepared and will be on its way.

I got the same thing when I called in. Not sure if this is a generic message or not. The site still just says pre-ordered.
I ordered a SBSS 44 with a Sport Loop. Order was placed at 3:14 EST and says it will ship by Sept. 21.
Ugh. I’m super anxious about this. I pre-ordered as soon as the button turned yellow... but my message says “we’ll let you know when it ships”
Which sounds like there may be a good chance it’s not in the 1st batch... heh... I know it’s not the end of the world, but I was gonna work from home that day to receive... lil harder to plan ahead if I don’t know when it’s coming...

Welcome to the Best Buy rollercoaster! I ordered my AW3 from them last year and here was my experience: If you ordered it for pickup at your local BB, and it said you could pick it up on release day when you ordered, you have a real good chance. But here is the kicker. Best Buy only updates the shipping and delivery notice the night before (and maybe even the actual day!) of pickup, It's how they rolled last year. They came through, but put me through the ringer waiting. Wishing everyone good luck!
