General Best Cydia themes, tweaks, and apps [MERGED]

here's a couple to add to what's already been mentioned:

browser changer - change default browser from safari
cleanstatus - disable icons in status bar (ie alarm, battery)
ikeywi - 5 row keyboard

I use applocker, works great for me.

currently on my iphone 4s..

applocker (lock apps and folders)
bolt (gets rid of the battery on the status bar, "bolt" when charging)
intelliscreenx (awesome lock screen/notification center)
springtomize 2 (go to youtube, this tweek has everything)
user agent faker (make the web believe you are on different browsers)
zephyr (home button replacement, apple should buy this one out!)

sbsettings
3g unrestrictor
ishshit (save SHSH blobs on device)

I apologize if my question would be in the wrong thread or place:

Is there any app/tweak that could make it as if my app icons blended in with my wallpaper so it didn't take away from it? I have Springtomize 2, but am unsure where to go from there within it. Essentially, I'd like to have the Glasklart effect without having the theme and whatnot.

Thanks in advance- I've enjoyed reading your posts and have added many of your aforementioned apps.

Now Zephyr on must have? C'mon!

I really hope Apple does implement this tweak on iOS 6. Theres no going back after using it.

Adblocker had never worked on my iPad. Maybe Ill give it another try this week...
 
I use Adblocker in safari (which I hardly use anymore), twitter, and dolphin. It works wonders for me. I never get ads anymore.
 
I've found a few emulators but none seem to work. Maybe it's a problem with the roms themselves, though I'd love to play some of my favorite classic games (Police Quest, Super Mario Bros., etc.)...

I'm using FiveIconDock and the Springboard app that lets you have 5 icons across.

Using PDANet to have the ability to tether in a pinch and that's about it so far. Can't really find anything else I need/want and I'm a fan of the Apple UI so I'm not into themes.

Is there an app that let's you attach photos within the mail app? For some reason Mailphoto doesn't work anymore.
