Earlier on this thread the case maker Kaaum was mentioned.

I ordered the case is red. It came damaged and in the wrong color. I contacted the company who insisted on no refunds.

They offered to replace the case for another $5. I refused. I suggested that the refund my money less the $5 or about $13.66. They then refused and said they would only refund $11.

Shady customer service. I recommend you steer clear of them.

Did you use a credit card or paypal?

I ordered the same case. It came yesterday. It's not a bad case. I returned my X so I can't say as to how it fits. It seems to have a bit of tint to the clear part.

This is not on. Poor after sales service needs to be called out.

Hopefully PayPal can help you get a refund.

Just want to share about Totallee cases I bought.

1. Brown Leather case. Quite nice with hand but if you allergic to plastic and leather combo, this is not for you. Personally I don't mind about the plastic. My main complaint is the camera cutoff is way too big and the charger hole too small.

2. Matte Slim case. Just perfect. Thin and nice with hand. No drop protection though. All cut-off just perfect. Semi transparent so you can still see the Apple logo which is really my thing.

And their customer service just great. I complained about leather case and they are sending me a new case that I prefer (I take Jet Black) for free. No return required. And I bought a screen protector from them that no cutoff for sensor housing, file a complaint and they sent me a new one with cutoff. Free.

That's what I called Customer Service.

Hope one day they make a slim folio case. I'd buy one from them again.

PS: I'm not affiliated with them. Just sharing my thoughts about this great company.

I love the leather case too but am worried about scratching the camera lens.

Otterbox SYMMETRY

I'm one who likes a little junk in the trunk so the bulk is no big deal.

I have one of these scheduled for delivery tomorrow. I'm currently using a Catalyst Impact Proof case, which would have been the perfect case for me, had it not been for the clear back, which is a fingerprint magnet. After looking into a variety of possible replacements, it seems like the Symmetry is exactly what I'm looking for.

Ordered the UAG Carbon Fiber Monarch direct from UAG, they shipped it from Hong Kong and it took 15 days to arrive.

Here are a few pictures and yes it has the same loose, saggy bottom as all the other Monarch's. You might need to collect that 10 year warranty on day one. The last picture is of the blacked out Best Buy exclusive Monarch next to the carbon fiber.

Here is my Caudabe Synthesis case my apologies for the delay Ive been crushed with work lol
Pic is my Verizon 256GB X Space grey with the Frosted Cases with black sides. Its not slick to hold and very nice. I use it often and when doing crazy work stuff I rock the Element Formula Case (I love that one as well!). The case I hated and it broke my heart was the Caseology Parallax case. Its really slick and way to much material. Super bummed Ive had the Parallax case for two other Iphone generations. Pardon if the pics suck they were taken on an Andriod phone lol

Looks great!! Are the holes in the notch dust magnets? Any lint trapped around and under it?

The holes will attract some dust for sure, but I clean it. Apple says it's better to have the camera's exposed for better face recognition. The updated protector has some glue in the notch black part. so dust will not penetrate to the proximity sensor. Only time will tell how long will it last though.

Have 2 different UAG Monarch cases and they both have thin, loose, saggy rubber at the bottom. Piss poor design by UAG.

The Moshi iGlaze looks great. If only it was available with a grey or silver rim!

SAY NO MORE! :)

Probably because of the port plug protector that is why it become loose?

No, even without the plug they are all the same.
That picture is of a brand new Monarch just put on the phone for the pictures.

That Moshi is a sweet looking case.

The metallic black with the silver rim would be perfect!

I bought the Ringke Fusion for my X, I’ve always love Ringke cases on my previous iPhones, but on the X with the glass back it leaves a watermark between the case and phone.. I heard Spigen clear cases do the same! Amazon shows this watermark in a Spigen review ...
Here is the pic on amazon
