I appear to be back up and running with two OneDrive accounts (one work, one personal) on Big Sur 11.6. I had previously reset OneDrive and then deleted and re-installed the app, both to no avail after the Big Sur update. Just ran the OneDrive app 10 minutes ago, re-entered the login info, and both accounts seem to be syncing normally.

This information is definitely not correct.
It may work for one account on certain Macs / under certain circumstances, but it's not possible at all on others.
I can easily reproduce this here with my business MS365 Account: on my 2014 Intel iMac it works with one account (only the most current OneDrive app version directly from MS, not the version from Mac App Store), on my M1 MBP it doesn't work at all, no matter which software version is used.

Sorry, but this is the standard mistake people frequently make when judging about bugs, like: "it works on my device, so it should work on all other devices" - this conclusion is just not logical (that's not how software works) and turns out to be wrong in most cases.
Most people are reporting that one of their two accounts is working after the update. I have not seen many reports of OD not working at all. Saying that OD is "useless" is an overstatement at best. While it's inconvenient not having both running simultaneously, I am able to access the second account via web.

I am experiencing this same issue with the One Drive application not syncing. Does anyone know when this will be fixed or how to fix it? I have to log in online and upload and download manually which is more time-consuming and makes me regret doing this update.

Okay mine is now working. Here's what I did. I went out and downloaded the installer from the Microsoft site. You'll find it here, https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/onedrive/download. It gave me a warning that it needed to close one drive (because I had my personal account running) then it closed and installed over the existing version. Afterward, I was able to add my second account, a business account. Looks like the version is 21.160.0808.0004

You are a lifesaver. Downloading directly from the Microsoft site was the solution. I appreciate your help. It saved me so much time.

Yep worked for me as well, I don't have a personal 365 account so here was the link that I ended up using to get the latest version OneDrive (Release Notes). Per the note from Keith W from the 365 Admin Portal, I grabbed the Standalone version: 21.160.0808.0002 (Standalone)

Everything started working once I was sure I'd uninstalled everything from the old version and then reinstalled the latest one.

Worked for me as well. Thank you so much.

First it installs the 21.160.XXXX version and the OneDrive quits itself an install a new 21.180.095.0003 version and restarts (so be a bit patient).

21.180.0905.0003 (Standalone) seems to resolve the issue. This is from the Insider Preview ring.

Working for me too.
For me, no need to manually download OneDrive from the MS site, I just quit OneDrive and restarted it.
It took a little while before OneDrive was 'ready', but in that time it had automatically downloaded a new version of the application.
Previously I was running v21.160.0808.0004 (I think, from my memory!!), now the app has auto-updated to v21.170.0822.0003.

I have added my corporate accounts and all seems to be working OK.

UPDATE: I should add, I am using the standard release channel, not preview or beta release.

I used the link above but it is still not working for me. I can only sign in to my personal account.

Try resetting onedrive, uninstalling it and reinstalling. Should work then.
Edit : I did not take any chance and removed the files on the computer and re-synced everything.

Using the version from the US site and waiting for it to update did work in the end. I used AppCleaner to remove all files from the previous version and did a clean install afterwards.

The MS version - 21.160.0808.0004 - worked for me. Since it isn't monitored by App Store, anyone know how updates are handled?
