The store I wen today wanted to return it he could of done it but the manager said not worth it and wait till a big issue happens
Well I guess you have your answer then. Definitely not worth getting it replaced over a minor scuff that occurs on a normal wear and tear. Being that you also mentioned you are now out of the 14 day return period. Plus you are on iUP are you not? so really something like this wouldn't matter since you are going to upgrade next year anyways. Don't stress over it.

What happened is I brought it into the store to see if they could replace it or I could return the rev on the same program? I’m enrolled, but the manager told me with the genius bar and some guy in sales that it’s a light scratch very reflective and It’s not noticeable.

He told me if I returned it and bought it I would have to re-enroll in the program and I cant do store pick up.

I’m only able to get it shipped to my house and wait till November and if I did that that would mess up my iPhone upgrade program I would be paying more to operate early in September like I always do.

He only said suggested I get the screen protector reinstalled the belkin one and I’m gonna put a glass camera cover at least that will cover the scratch but he told me if anything was wrong with the camera. I still have AppleCare and I can get that replaced if anything arises in the future.

he told me he could do the return, but in his experience that area that has glass near the camera, and the flash will always scratch, mentioning that putting a screen protector on your camera is worth it that will also scratch it like the screen the camera area if no protection is put it on it

With being on iUP, you can't do an exchange, so you'd have to return, close the loan and redo. I'm certain there is a limit of how many times you can do this before citizens one will start denying. So not really worth continuing with return and buying another.

Not sure why you can't do a store pick up when enrolling in iUP. Just doesn't make any sense. imo.

If I returned it and re-purchased the phone at the same program I was in I can’t do store pick up I can only get a ship because I’m reapplying as a brand new loan that’s why he suggested I just keep the phone because the scratch is not that bad And if I did do a return, I would be without a phone for four weeks .

As part of your iUP, do you have Apple Care? Also, pleas share a picture of the defect, would like to see what it's like after just two weeks.

Yes and he suggest not to return since I’m re applying as brand new loan I can’t fo store pickup is weird since I had my Blue titanium returned and I bought black since I had my 14 pro max still probably that’s why.

that's very light
Exactly the store I went to. I went two days to the Apple Store the manager and genius and sales told me do not return it because it’s gonna give me issues when I want to do new store pick up the only option he gave me is if I returned the phone I would have to buy it and get it shipped to my house. I can’t do store pick up because I’m applying in some brand new loan, when I had my blue titanium my phone, I still have my old phone with me so that’s why I was able to Do store pickup.

If the rest of the phone is perfect I would keep it too. Much worse to start a return chain due to other defects like screen cast, dust under the screen/camera, cosmetic defects in the coating, bad battery or touch screen etc.

Sorry if this has been addressed, what is the process if you exchange your IPhone 15 pm for a new one that is financed on an apple card already? Do you reapply for a new loan? Or do they just carry it over to the new phone? Thank you

Unfortunately titanium is harder to color then Stainless Steel
Although the ones on display in the Apple Store seem to be holding up well or maybe they’re swapped daily

My FineWoven case is EXTRA HARD and popping it off is a struggle and it really hugs the phone tight when putting it in, but my black 15PM is fine with no stratches even after removing it a couple times. Yours is probably a coating defect
Yeah, that's what I'm thinking it is too. The coatings should be pretty durable overall, but if they're not applied correctly there might be some chipping.

Does anyone else have the White Titanium 15 pro max? How is it hold up for you? The coating of the frame and overall durability? I have the white Titanium naked and its been fine for me so far. But only had it for 3 weeks.
