Mine shows departing Dieppe at 5:42 this morning. I imagine it won't be long till I get an out for delivery.

in-store pickup option is back up on the Apple Store/online. Looks like some models can be picked up tomorrow at a few stores I checked. Same for iPads. Reserve option is still offline until tomorrow.
It’s pretty good actually and of course they have 5-6 security guards waiting outside. For online pick ups you wait in line and they bring it to you so you don’t have to go inside the store
So, I have my graphite reserved for 1pm. I was happy with my choice (remember I was originally looking at silver, but it wasn’t available for either pickup or reservation).

If they have extra stock, I would imagine that you may be able to switch it when you get in.
