Other CANADA iPhone 15 (All Models) Pre-Order, Pick-up & Delivery Thread (2023)

Finally! 8:18 am. Ordered 15 Max Pro 256GB in Natural Titanium. By the time I got in was only available for shipping October 5-12. Pick up in store was available Sep 22, went that route. Fun time now picking cases!

Done on the site - iPhone 15 Pro Max 256 GB Natural.

App did not work this year, kept getting error messages at trade in.

Wow - Already late October delivery but can get it day 1 pick up in store.

Buy a new phone every year, this has been the most buggy year! Try the site instead of the app!

For me, the website loaded first at around 8:10am!

In store reserve & pick up link is still not working, so I went ahead and ordered for pickup online

Managed to finally get order on website, delivery dates slipped to Oct so went for in-store pickup. App is still unavailable as of now

Yeah, I found the app to be very buggy this year as well. My girlfriend kept getting errors on the app and it kept asking her to enter all info, when it should have been saved. My dad's app kept saying Apple Store is unavailable. We ended up all ordering on my Mac with no issues once it came online.

I buy one every year - you can usually tell if the hype is real on order day. Delivery days slipping already show this one is a winner for Apple.

The “secret” of the app is over IMO. Used to always be a sneaky way to order before the site was up. Not anymore.

Apple also ruined it by telling everyone to save your pre order, which was also a trick for a quick checkout, but that did not work for me this year.
 
I finally got in the store and have a delivery date of October 5-11. Which is ok for me as I will be away from September 21st-27th. Ordered the 15 Pro Max 256 in Natural Titanium

Not the best experience this year. App was buggy and website took 20 minutes to come back online. Got it for launch day on the website, app was still unable to make selections
