Same here it shows as delayed. I believe the volume of shipments was back logged due to the mid-autumn holiday in China... bad timing.

Most (all?) of the Canadian preorders have been sitting in Kentucky since Tuesday at 2am.
Apple shipped my trade in kit with the iPhone for some reason but I do recall in the past it being sent separately.
Apples gonna hate me because I’m cancelling my trade in similar to what I did 2 years ago lol. I can’t live with eating the tax loss on the trade in value and always just wind up selling my phone on Kijiji lol
For those that does not want to bother with private reselling but still want a good price for your older phone, try gorecell, have been using that each past years and they offer way better prices than Apple, still hassle free!

So, just noticed that the delivery address doesn't show street direction (East/West). My billing address is correct, the address I entered when ordering is correct. Had same issue last year with getting an eSIM voucher delivered and it took 2-3 days to get them to re-deliver. Info is correct everywhere except for what Rogers puts as shipping address.

I always request the trade-in upon order and decide later whether to resell privately or not. If you do end up selling privately, the trade-in eventually gets automatically cancelled when you don't send anything back.
You can ask to received a packaging kit or use your own (where you just have to print the label they will send you by email, usually the same day). For the payment, always within two business days after reception, have been the case for all the 6 past years!
I decided to go private (family member) this year, but I've used GoRecell almost exclusively to trade my old phones for the last 5 or so years.

Still "Processed" but hasn't shipped. Telus Web Store email said it'll ship by the 20th for me also. I assumed that meant ship from Telus by the 20th and I wouldn't have it until next week at the earliest
Had the email with tracking via Can Post earlier, just before noon! But no data available yet with that tracking number..!
Dang, gorecell asks about battery life. My 14PM is down to 82% life which tanks resell on their site. I will stick with the Apple trade-in.
$980 is fantastic. My 256gb 14PM is getting considerably lower offers even though it’s in pristine condition with 88% battery health. Some people offering $700 lmao. I’m taking $800 for it, listed originally at $885. I definitely should have taken the $850 from gorecell.
