I am hoping we see some movement today so that our phones can get into Canada and then make it to our local delivery facilities for Friday.

I trust UPS getting the phones to where they need to go for launch, but I don't 100% trust my local facility to get everything on the truck for Friday!

I was expecting them to sit in Louisville until Thursday then make their way to mount hope. I thought that’s how it’s been in prior years but could be wrong.

And yeah UPS really doesn’t give an f if we get our phones on Friday or not. All we can do is hope for the best.

In the past I've seen them leave Louisville Thursday night by truck through Buffalo, and still delivered on time.

Yep apples trying to mitigate risk of early delivery by having ups hold them in Louisville until the last possible moment but then it increases the risk of us not getting them on Friday lol

Apple would rather us have them late than early….

I did an online (ship to home) pre-order yesterday with Rogers, and it almost immediately showed back ordered with no ETA. Then I made an online reservation for in-store hoping it would speed things up. Maybe I got lucky

Yeah, I booked an appointment at my local Costco for Friday in case my Rogers online order and my in-store order don’t ship

My order page finally updated to shipped, but it says it’s delayed. I ordered right as the store opened last Friday and live in Montreal.
UPS tracking says it should arrive by end of day tomorrow. I hope thats true.

Like others, received my shipping confirmation. Apple’s orders page on my browser shows ‘delayed’. But UPS and the Apple Store app show it’ll arrive tomorrow.

I’m sure UPS will get it to my local facility on time, but I am nervous whether or not UPS will load it on delivery truck in time for Friday.

Final stretch, hopefully. It’s been a long week. 😂

Mine also says 'Delayed' on Apple's Order page. It's probably a glitch. Likely what's happening is.. UPS is holding all the iPhone shipments in KY until a predetermined time (late Thursday) and it's throwing off the order status. Still says expected delivery Friday through UPS.

On the phone, mine says Shipped and Delivers tomorrow.

On the Apple website on PC - shows Shipment Delayed.

UPS still says Arriving by 7pm Sept 20.

For those that have the delayed message, check the phone app!

I just got a completely unexpected call from UPS International Customer Service. One of the people I talked to earlier escalated my request to a supervisor and they called me with my tracking number. It pays to treat with people with kindness and respect even if you’re frustrated. That employee went above and beyond and I’m thrilled I get to track my iPhone.

Apple says Mon 23rd, UPS says Fri 20th. Arrived at Louisville at 1:52 the 17th like many others… Let’s hope UPS is right! Waiting for a black titanium iPhone 16 Pro 256GB to upgrade my 14 Pro.

That's exactly how it appears for me. Apple store on a browser shows delayed but the app and UPS show tomorrow. Like @r.d said, I suspect it's some internal status causing a glitch showing a delay. Probably because Apple is having UPS is hold the shipments to prevent early delivery. AfterShip actually has a "delay" status for me on UPS tracking a few hours after arrival to Louisville and then the next status a few hours after that (all internal, only shows on AfterShip) states shipment is pending release from a non-UPS broker.

I bet those "internal" events are causing the glitch.

Store pickup for me tomorrow morning. Last time I got an iPhone UPS delayed my delivery. (To the Monday). He claims to have stopped by my place but didn’t. Probably behind and had to make up time.

My Trade-In Kit is now showing up in UPS MyChoice.
