my order still on the "preparing to shipment" status and I'm still supposed to get it on friday. Hope its still the case because according to many people here their phones seems to be already shipped since yesterday.
 
On Apple Store order status will always stay in "preparing to shipment" until Thursday, but it should be shipped.

If you want to track order you can try this ( not guarantee )

People have had success searching by reference number on the UPS website using:
  • Either their 10 digit phone number
  • Order number minus the last two digits
  • Order number minus the last one digit
  • Order number
Edit: If you have ups my choice that will automatically pop up in there.

Was out of connection for the lunch, so tried ordering via Telus Saturday night since the PM one To desert titanium was still showing for Sep twenty delivery. Order still on « order placed » status on my account, hope it will move soon..!

I see a pending charge on my credit card for an Apple Store pickup. I also used BRIM Mastercard which gives 3% cashback for Apple purchases online which you can apply to your bill. That’s $55 off!

Just got a departure scan from Shanghai.

@centracore we are on the same flight!

EDIT: The departure time on my scan out of Shanghai just changed from 22:40 to 23:40.

That still lines up with UPS81 from Shanghai → Anchorage as it departed at 23:35 - watch for an arrival scan in ~6h30m

I'm confused, Mine says it's out for delivery and is due by end of day?

is anyone else in the same situation? Ontario Canada...

EDIT: it was just the case... shipping separately... - Oct 1st for the phone

I ordered around 8:01 am on presale day…I was (am) #4 so I am assuming I will get on or close to the 20th? It never showed an actual time. White Pro Max 256.

Also in Anchorage as of 14:59!

We are indeed. In the US thread a lot of people are still waiting for UPS to update with their tracking numbers or waiting to depart Zhengzhou.

I guess it makes sense because once our orders get to Louisville, they still need to cross the border into Canada and make it to where they need to from there for final delivery.

I believe for UPS, our international packages enter via Mount Hope. I've had international packages in the past that went from Louisville, KY --> Mount Hope, ON --> Concord, ON --> local UPS delivery facility.

Sometimes my packages go Louisville, KY --> Mansfield, OH --> Buffalo, NY --> Mount Hope, ON.

What’s interesting is that the Canadian ones are coming from a different factory. You would think they would just skip Louisville altogether and go direct to Mount Hope.

I don't think need to worry there are still certain iPhone 16s available for launch delivery, so ups will make it.

I think they all have to clear customs/start the customs process in Louisville, UPS' main international hub in the States. I've ordered packages from the UK which shipped UPS and even those headed to Louisville first, then entered Canada via Mount Hope, ON.

In fact, I think every single international package I've had that came via UPS went through Louisville.

But we will see what happens!

In the past I’ve had UPS shipments, including Apple products go from Louisville straight to Vancouver and over to Victoria. There’s an early morning Louisville to Vancouver flight. I’ve also seen Louisville to Seattle and then Vancouver too though.
