Looks like Costco has a presell this year:
iPhone 16
iPhone 16 Plus
iPhone 16 Pro
iPhone 16 Pro Max
"This product is available for Presell, and is expected to ship between 09/20/2024 and 09/27/2024."

I ordered a black Apple Watch Ultra 2 from Costco for presell. I'll see if it arrives on launch day or not. If it does, maybe I'll start ordering my phones next year from Costco. Gotta get that 2% cash back + 2% back on the Mastercard!

Ordered the 16 Pro Max Black Titanium just after pre-orders opened up and it switched to preparing to ship a while ago.

I expect means nothinbg, but is interesting since the Pro is the one with the Monday delivery date

Apple Store pick up usually just get updated a day before pickup. It comes with store inventory not individual packages.

Don’t expect shipping notices until Thursday night imo. I bet all these phones will be sitting in a Canadian warehouse by early next week and just ship out from there.

Same, just processing. Usually it changes on launch day to ready for pickup. That’s been my experience in previous years.

If you have UPS My Choice, you should have a tracking number. Mine just showed up. My order is on the move. There’s a facility scan in Kunshan City, China. Estimated delivery date is showing September 20th.

Mine has also shown up on UPS My Choice. Already scanned in Kunshan City, China. Showing Sept 20 delivery, despite Apple showing Sept 23 for me.

Normally Canadian orders ship directly from the Concord warehouse but I guess this year they are coming straight from China! Now to track the planes LoL…

The last few years they have come from Concord, ON the night before launch day, but I also have the same tracking info in UPS My Choice!

Interesting. This is my first launch day pre order that I am getting delivered so I wasn’t aware the previous ones shipped from Concord.

I shared that my tracking went live in the US pre-order thread and people are surprised there’s a facility scan at Kunshan as that’s a deviation from previous years.
