Mine also shows Sept 23rd. I have a feeling it's my postal code, as I recently moved to a new neighbourhood (changing the postal code moves it to Sept 20th). I think someone on here last year said their orders always show the Monday date but still arrive Friday.
The last few years I had Monday showing, and I got it Friday still

For me, it will just depend on the Weather next week Sence I am over here on this Island

Pre-orders opened a couple of minutes late. I had mine all lined up and it went smoothly. iPhone 16 Pro Max desert titanium 1 TB. I will give my partner my iPhone 14 Pro Max and sell him (my old0 iPhone 12 Pro Max myself.

This was interesting. Was in by 8:02 AM and delivery dates were already out to the 23rd. Wonder if it’s Postal Code/Area specific. I’m in Eastern ON.

Natural Titanium 256 Pro Max

For new orders, looks like delivery dates are already slipping to October for the Pro models. Tons of in-store availability still.

Done. Super easy 16 Pro Max Black Titanium 512 GB. Delivery on 20 September.

Was able to pre order a black 16 pro max 1TB for launch delivery. I will trade in my 13 pro max. Everything was set up in advance and the process was surprisingly smooth.

The "Get Ready" actually worked this year. I didn't even have to enter my payment info from scratch. Just a couple taps and done! First time in years it went this smooth, at least for me LoL

Looks like Costco has a presell this year:
iPhone 16
iPhone 16 Plus
iPhone 16 Pro
iPhone 16 Pro Max
"This product is available for Presell, and is expected to ship between 09/20/2024 and 09/27/2024."

I ordered a black Apple Watch Ultra 2 from Costco for presell. I'll see if it arrives on launch day or not. If it does, maybe I'll start ordering my phones next year from Costco. Gotta get that 2% cash back + 2% back on the Mastercard!

Super easy this time. Pro Max 256GB Natural Titanium ordered by 7:03 CT for Friday pickup. I remember how painful the preorder process was even just a couple of years ago.

Yikes. For some reason, I had set up two phones for sale and did not receive a confirmation so I didn’t think that it went through and in advertently ordered 2 phones

In Toronto, if somebody wants it if they sell out

Ordered 256gb desert titanium via iPhone app for pickup at lunch time on 20th, pretty smooth this year.
But I forgot to apply some amount from account balance during payment , can they apply my account balance in when pick up at store?

You should also be able to cancel one order once it changes to 'Processing'.

Anyone else fine that the Site and the App take a bit to link up the Orders
Since I did the order on the Site, it. shows there. But it doesn't in the app

Normal on pre-order day, as their system are busy. It usually sorts itself out later in the day.

My order is showing Sept 20 delivery which means early evening in my building. We never get Apple launch day orders before 6 pm. 😢
