Other CANADA iPhone (2018) XS/XS+/9 Pre-Orders and Dispatch Thread

I pre-ordered with Bell Canada this Monday(17th) for a Xs Max 256G space grey. I got email confirmation yesterday that it shipped with Canpar. Clicked on the tracking, and there was no tracking information.
But around noon, I received my phone. I am in Toronto.

Bell included a new simcard with the package. Do I have to use the new simcard, or can I use the old one from my iphone 7?

I would use the new one, maybe for access to Gigabit LTE.

The phone WILL NOT BE DELIVERED TODAY because they don't have an out for a delivery scan and they don't deliver on Saturdays. So no phone till Monday

Lot's of people in here already confirmed they got it, without having a "Out for delivery", so still small hope!

That's the plan! Just have the 5 yo home today (day off of school already!!), so I'll have to wait til tonight or tomorrow.
 
It’s 3:10pm here and still no sign of the watch or phone... You guys here are giving me hope haha

What was your last scan and where about's in Mississauga? As I took the day off and I'm stuck at:

"We currently have the package. The receiver requested clearance by a non-UPS broker. / As requested, the package was transferred to a Free Trade Zone or a non-UPS broker."

Lost hope in getting it delivered today, so I went straight to the Apple Store and picked up the one I had reserved (for this exact reason) got there at 10:30, no lineup, walked out with it less than 10 min later.
 
still waiting... this is torture, don't even know if it's coming or not. So many screwups this launch. Definitely doing in-store pickup next year.
 
Anyone who had the:

Mississauga, ON, Canada 09/21/2018 9:20 Departure Scan

Will be getting their phones tonight if they live in and around the GTA. I contacted UPS on the phone and they said it's a glitch in their system, it passed clearance early this morning and are on the delivery truck!
 
I changed my delivery to hold for pickup at the UPS CC, hope the phone arrives in Edmonton soon, saw a departure scan from Calgary at 1030 this morning.

Bit Less than 30 Minutes prior. It’s odd that when I called they said it was absolutely not out for delivery but that was according to what she was saying and what I saw. I truly wanted to play with this phone tonight at my friends birthday party

mine was 7:18 Mississauga, i'm surprised we're getting screwed like this.
