If you’re tracking shows that it’s still at the hub, Track by reference number and use the phone number. For me it shows that it’s out for delivery while checking tracking number shows it’s still at the hub.

What field in the Reference tracking? Also, what format you use for the phone # ? that doesn't work for me unless I don't use the proper format or field.

UPDATE: phone arrived and the status never said out for delivery. :)

I got it!! I went back to the store and they said the shipment just came in about 20 minutes before so I would get it today but it would take a few hours to unload it. The lady who helped me before told the manager I had been here since 7am (8 hours ago) and he went to the back and pulled on specifically for me. So for people with in store pick up there is still hope for today! It just might take a bit longer.

Worked for me, but its just showing my Iphone. No details on the apple watch shipment when using my phone #

Hopefully Markville is the same. I went home as it’s not to far for me. In the Apple website does it say ready for pickup for you or still saying processing?

damn they really made you work for it, 8 hours...
 
I remember last time I ordered launch day delivery with apple the ups guys gave me a scare as well. It showed “out for delivery” then 1 hour later reverted back to “in customs”. I called and was told there’s NO WAY my phone will make it to me on that day multiple times by both ups and apple. Then at around 6:00ups guy came and dropped my package.

I believed it’s a late scan by ups with customs so you guys might just be okay.
 
wow really? and you are in Richmond? I am in RIchmond too.. What does your tracking show now?? Delivery before 10:30am is unheard of.. Which part of Richmond do you live?

UPS just dropped my XS off. I think as long as your tracking shows that it’s reached your delivery hub, you should be fine

It says delivered now with no “out for delivery” status. Just the custom thing before that.

I live near steveston (around railway & steveston hwy)
