That's amazing! I am in central Richmond by Westmin and Garden City. My scan is still at "import scan". Even if my package is out for delivery, I have never received anything from UPS before 12pm. I am amazed at how quickly you got yours; within one hour of saying the phone needs to be cleared by a non-UPS broker.

just got this update.. FFS, tracking by reference still shows out for delivery. On phone with UPS.

I'm Vancouver and mine says the same. I phoned them and they said it would be Monday.
I got that as well, and then about an hour later, UPS showed up. I wouldn’t worry about it
Mine still says processing. I think it’s because they sort of jumped ahead in the process for me and didn’t wait until the shipment was all unpacked and logged in. He went to the back and just grabbed me a phone and told the woman helping me that she had to personally sell me the phone and then call back to him to let him know when it was done.
Also the phone I received was for my in store reservation, not the order I paid for online with in store pick up. That one he said was a separate thing and they would only give it to me if my specific order was amoungst the shipment they received. The one I got today was taken out of their sellable inventory for reservations and walk ins.
Markville didn’t receive their stock as of yet. So looks like I’m out and pickup Monday.
yup UPS said the same thing, they're just doing the customs scanning now, but the import happened this morning. My office closes at 5 and they know that so the next 3 hours will be very interesting. I'm barely able to work i'm so distracted lol.

Never got an out for delivery update it went straight from the "clearance by non-ups broker" message to delivered. If yours still has that message don't worry it should be in your hands shortly.

I asked them for you when I was getting mine when they'd get some 256 black in stock and they basically Saturday, but likely Monday

Just picked up my XS at the Apple Store Chinook centre Calgary. They were a bit behind and even though I had a 11:00-11:30 time I still had to wait in line for about 30 mins. I guess that's more of a check-in time.
They still have stock for walk-ins except for Space grey MAX. The walk-in line up was quite long. Probably a two hour wait.

Mine has moved on from that and says in transit. I think the UPS tracking is completely useless at this point. It'll either show up or not. UPS usually comes to my office around 3:30-4:00MST so if nothing has come by then I'm heading home for the weekend.
Watch JUST got delivered in Mississauga. Was by UPS. Did not have a "Out for delivery" notification and the watch delivery did not show the customs issue when checking.
Phone still shows "held for clearance" but on the UPS website is showing out for delivery.
I would go out and buy any case available in store, cheapest one until you can get the case you really want, at least you would be able to use it
On hold with UPS and he said "Was I told the item just arrived in Toronto this morning....." Now I'm back on hold....

I just went for a walk and went into a Rogers store to play with the watch series 4 and iPhone XS Max. Love the gold and love the watch with the little bit that I was able to play with them. Can’t wait to get them tonight. Our building always gets a late delivery around 730 pm : (
