Anyone in Edmonton with their phone in Calgary get the following message?

We currently have the package. The receiver requested clearance by a non-UPS broker. / As requested, the package was transferred to a Free Trade Zone or a non-UPS broker.

Yup I am on with UPS right now asking about it. They were less than useless and said Apple requested a non-UPS broker...... I asked what the delivery status was and she said if it doesn't say out for delivery, it's not coming.
 
That non-UPS broker thing was just added to my tracking (before the destination scan...). Doesn't mean anything IMO.

I went back to the store in Newmarket and they told me “Good news! Your phone is here!” I was so relieved. They asked for ID, checked it all in and sent a runner to the back. Then the lady goes “actually, we don’t have it. Sorry” *shrug*

I’m walking around the mall for the millionth time.

I have this too, and I have in the past as well. It has never prevented it from getting delivered on time.

Oooof. I can't help but chuckle at your current soap opera. Such a needless runaround you're being sent on. Hang in there, man!
 
Usually if the parcel isn't put on the truck for delivery by 9:30am at the lastest, it ain't going to make delivery on the day of.

It's already 9:38am here and it still has to go through customs clearance.

Mine arrived without changing to out for delivery lol

Not sure what’s going on with mine. Said “out for delivery” at 5am and then at 6am it shows the clearance by non-UPS broker bit and a tentative delivery!!!!???

Watch shows as scheduled for delivery today but does not show “out for delivery” and also shows the clearance by non-UPs broker.
 
im stressing over here, Apple site says out for delivery, UPS reps say out for delivery, but UPS tracking doesnt show out for delivery scan and the driver is refusing to check to see if he has the package.

I'm in burnaby. Mine says this as well. Still says delivered by end of day so I'm still optimistic. I would prefer it was earlier than later however since it's coming to my place of work.

I would be pretty upset being psyched around like that

I think it's safe to say that UPS's tracking system is completely screwed. So it's anyone's guess what is happening today. I guess we will either be pleasantly surprised today or disappointed. But based on what I'm seeing, UPS online tracking is not a reliable measure as to whether or not you're getting your Phone/Watch today.

I drove an hour and a half to get here too and the employees keep saying to just go home and come back tonight to check if they have it, but that’s a lot of driving for what was supposed to a a “confirmed” reservation. Really unhappy today.
