Tracking just updated, still showing 21 as delivery date. I think it's coming today, if not I'm raiding the UPS CC tonight! LOL

Mine was parked in Louisville for almost 2 days, they couldn't ship them to Canada a day early? Seriously, Apple Stores not having them available this morning is ridiculous.

I talked to the people at the Apple Store in Newmarket. He said on the FedEx website (the same guy said UPS this morning) it’s showing it’s in the depot in Markham so they are waiting to see if it changes to out for delivery. If not the reservation carries over for Monday but it could still be delivered to the store and ready for pickup later today or even tomorrow. Fingers crossed.

He did offer to sell me a different model to hold me over until mine comes in but I don’t know if I’ve reached that point yet.

I also might pass on the Apple Watch I reserved. The 44mm is fine and looks exactly the same size as the 42mm, but I don’t like the sport loop and would rather get the sport band when they have it in stock.

They drive it from Calgary to Edmonton? I thought it would be flown. If that's the case then yeah no chance we are seeing our phones until Monday.

The plane has arrived in Calgary. I suppose there is some possibility of being delivered to Edmonton today.

The scheduled Delivery date was also back to Sept. 21st by End Of Day. Yesterday night, it changed to 24th. I guess they don't really know if they will be able to achieve the End of Day today!
 
I got the "Unfortunately, due to some last minute logistical issues, your order will not be ready for pickup during your check-in time" email this morning. I swung by the Apple Store and they said that a shipment was due to come in around lunch time, and that I would definitely be getting an email later today.
 
Did anyone else’s tracking just up and disappear? It’s not showing in My Choice either

Yes it did, but after a refresh, it came back, still no change since 3h57am this morning of "Import Scan". I don't have high hope for a delivery today. Usually, it already arrived in Sherbrooke and is Out for Delivery at 8 or 9am...

I am being overtly negative, but I do seem to remember getting a package from apple which was delivered around 7.30pm in Edmonton from a UPS contracted driver , so there is always that hope. But man, I have just woken up and opened the curtains and seen we are blanketed in snow again..

Yea, tracking disappeared but tracking by reference (ie. use phone number attached to order) shoes that my package is out for delivery now. Looks like UPS system is just wonky
 
Have an arrival scan in concord at 10am ahh do trucks even leave for delivery at this point in the day
 
I received the email regarding my order (XS Max Space Grey 256gb) being delayed due to "logistical issues". Had in-store pickup and reserve setup for this morning between 8:30am-9am at Mapleview Mall in Burlington.

Has anyone received any word on when these delayed orders will be received or at least any further word from Apple on the issue?

Yeah I am not overly confident in UPS. At the best of times they suck as a courier. According to my tracking both my watch and phone are in Calgary, one has been scanned "import scan" the other not. I would say it's very unlikely it gets from Calgary to my office before 5pm today.

Here's a new one. My tracking now says "We currently have the package. The receiver requested clearance by a non-UPS broker." Interesting, I'm the reciever and I don't remember ever requesting a non-UPS broker.

Markville has no idea. But someone posted maybe after lunch today there will be an update.
