It's wacky that they both show as Macintosh HD. I think it's complaining because it doesn't have rights to write to that partition. I'm sure the gang here could explain how to do it.

Need a recommendation on a free product to use until they get it together. Couldn't even get through the installation of Avira.

I thought about that. Are you seeing it backup your primary data volume, just the system partition, or both? Yeah, BackBlaze has not posted anything about it. I'll see if I can email support.

Ok, support notified. I won't hear anything until Monday at the earliest. Will share their response.

For anyone interested in Firefox (& Thunderbird) but not following the related Bugzilla, it's been updated to say Apple have told Mozilla the fix is in the next dev beta (DB6).

NOT WORKING.. Microsoft Excel For Mal 15.27 (161010)....
Is this normal? I have been using Mac Excel for years and after installing Catalina, it shows the spreadsheet inverted in MacOS Catalina Beta 1 through 4.. (Currently at 10.15 beta (19A512f))...

I still have issues with Logic Pro stalling on au validation.Basicly it seems that it doesn't load the auvaltool when it needs to

Does Parallels Desktop 12 work in Catalina? It's still working nicely in Mojave, and I'm really hoping to keep it through Catalina and not have to buy a new version.

Apple Remote Desktop 3.9 - File copy by drag & drop does not work. Causes 'SSFileCopySender' to quit unexpectedly.

SSL Nucleus Remote 2 does not work on Catalina .. very annoying when you realize how lazy Solid State Logic responds to updates.

NX Powerlite Desktop does not work. I have e-mailed their support team. Will update if I hear back.

From developer: "Our development team is currently working on a point release for macOS 10.15. As the new OS is due for release in the autumn I expect that the point release will be available in Sept/Oct 2019. We will contact all NXPowerLite users on Mac when the new version is available to download.
