I went with the black sheath myself. I was curious to how the gray or blue would look but ultimately went with the safer choice.
Anyone email Caudabe recently asking for a code for the updated version of their case?
I sent a request but havent had a response yet. Been a couple days.

Try sending another email. Same thing happened to me but I guess there was an issue with their email so their responses to customers weren’t going through. They even forwarded their previous response.
They said the issue was resolved but I’d try reaching out again.
well at least I'm not the only one lol. Thanks for the replies- guess if they were having issues they might be having it again. Maybe I'll wait a bit and email again if I dont hear anything
I've had no reply either. I'm betting they're overwhelmed with enquiries about this. I'm sure they'll reach out when they're ready.
Mentioned this in the main iPhone 15 case thread. My black Sheath magnet ring is noticeable on the outside. Not sure if mine is just a bad one but will wait for the Action button revision.

I emailed them two days ago and nothing so far. I remember getting an automated email saying that there could be a delay in getting a reply due to the increase in volume of emails they are receiving.
I have the sheath for my iphone 12 and love it. I ordered the blue one for my 15 pro. I as others have stated got a notification that its been delayed ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I can post one later today. I have the White 15 Pro, and a Black Sheath should arrive in the next 5 hours. 👌

Nice photos. That black Sheath looks amazing with the natural titanium. I'm definitely a sucker for the Sheath's design, which is why I've stuck with it for so long!
Yeah, I got mine. They'll get back to you. I've noticed in past years that it takes them a little longer to respond during iPhone launches which us understandable.
Patience is a virtue, as per my post above. You'll get a code for a free case but will have to pay for shipping. No biggie!
Anyone had any luck getting a reply from them? I'm trying to cancel my order after losing patience but not had any response to previous emails I've sent to Caudabe this week.
Used to be a great little company but they've let themselves down this past couple of weeks with the cutout/button issue, the backlog of orders, the poor customer service.

I got the automated "we normally respond within 24 hours" type of email. I sent the first on Monday, one yesterday and one today.
Placed my order on the 25th for the grey sheath, got an "order has shipped" email on the 26th. The order says it is the grey sheath, but the picture has the Amethyst color. Hope it's just a glitch and it actually is the grey.
