Day 3 of using the Jetech single hole cutout for the 11”.
Still no issues with Face ID or touch sensitivity.

I had an Omoton 2 pack and finally decided to try it out today. At first all way fine, but now I’m having the touch problems. If it stops responding and I push on the bezel it starts working again. Very weird. Also seems to work pretty perfectly with the pencil. Face ID is fine. I’ll probably end up taking it off and returning to Amazon.
I just received the Sparin glass protector with the huge FaceID cutout. Touch sensitivity is messed up on this as well. I guess I’m glad I got it for $8 instead of the $16 but still sucks. I don’t have the pencil so I can’t comment on that. I remember it was probably for the first gen iPad Pro 12.9, there was also issues with glass protectors in the beginning with similar touch responsiveness issues as well. I could be mistaken. Yeah don’t get the Sparin glass protectors
I was just getting ready to post the same thing. The latest Sparin still has screwed up touch sensitivity.

I don’t want to go naked. But this Tempered glass protector is ruining my experience. I’m going to have to take it back off.
Drat. Not worth putting on then, back it goes to Amazon. MediaDevil film protector ships onMonday, looks like that is my screen protection next week for my BlackFriday iPad.
Yes, I am going film too. Glass just doesn’t work anymore. I don’t know what Apple has done to these new screens.

Someone in the artist thread recommended MediaDevil, and I’ve had poor luck with the stuff I can get here, so I thought I’d give it a shot. I forget if it was $2 or 2£ shipping, but either way it was pretty cheap for overseas so I went for it.
How bad is the intermittent touch responsiveness issue with the 11”? I have a new 12.9” with glass protector, and I must admit on the odd occasion when scrolling very fast in an app using multiple finger “strikes”, one on the very odd occasion may not register. I’ve usually just thought perhaps I hit an image and the scroll response didn’t register. But apart from that, everything else seems fine. Keyboard types flawlessly too.

I have only tried 3rd Party Screen Protectors till they released their own, then I take off the 3rd party and stick the MD on. I only deal with MD and they are absolutely fantastic, you will also receive 5 flavored chews in the bag which is a nice little touch.
