Yes! With the theme installed, head to Settings, then scroll down and open the Consilium menu (near WinterBoard). The menu has a full list of every icon themed, as well as options to contact me.

I found a dock that was close.
I've tweaked Clock and Videos. Clock uses dots instead of numbers, and Videos uses a film glyph rather than the clapper board.

Maybe I missed the warning, but when I try to d/l this onto my 6+, I get the "unable to purchase" notice saying the app is not compatible...

There is no 6 plus support. It's in the works.

But yes, I'm working on it. Not only does 6 Plus support require 3 new icon sizes (180, 87, 60), all rendered per-pixel separately, but I also need to test each icon in each situation (Settings, Spotlight, Notification Center). That's why iPhone 6 Plus support may take a while.
I can't remember all of them, and I'm away from my computer so I don't have the list of the new icons! Thankfully, when the update releases, you'll see in the 'Recent Changes' part on the Cydia page which icons I added.
