General Consilium: More vibrant than ever.

Bad news: 1.4 will be delayed. I'm going away for 5 days, and I can't finish everything before then.

Good news: I'm instead releasing 1.4 beta. It will include some (not all) of the icons that I had requested, as well as the new wallpapers which can be found in the Settings app with the rest of the Apple wallpapers. Some of the icons are unfinished and may change when 1.4 final comes out, as well as some having inconsistencies around the OS (not all the blacks are grey yet, some icons aren't themed in NC/Spotlight/Settings etc.)

I'll have a go! Though it won't be included in the theme; I'll send it to you directly and you can apply it yourself. That will be done when I get back from my trip.
