You will need to put the phone in restore mode, plug it into your Mac, and restore to the latest iOS 13.6.1 release. Note you will lose any data stored on the device if you do this so backup first if you already have things on there you wish to keep.

Also if you don't have a Mac I think iTunes for Windows should do the same job. You will need a computer for the restore though.

Thanks a lot.
I don’t have anything to keep in this phone, no backup needed.
I am just concerned I might make some kind of mistake and make this phone unusable (it’s a pro max 256gb, not so cheap either).

There's no risk of bricking, it's an officially supported process by Apple. Putting the phone in recovery mode then restoring the latest production version of iOS is exactly what Apple tell you to do. Just don't unplug the phone in the middle of the process and you will have no problems.

I have connected the phone with itunes, and did a backup, after that I have blinking logo that last forever with no options to start the phone.I have found several videos with tutorials (volume up, volume down, power button). It suppose to reboot the phone, but it does not. :( I f.. up something obviously. :( :(

Glad to hear. Strange it didn't work the first time when iTunes verifies the images before flashing them. But all's well that ends well, I'd guess it failed the first time due to a bug in the beta or a loose cable :)

Thanks mate for support :)
Cheers.

Edit: now I know how basic things with iOS should be done :) ..(learn by doing).

It's very intuitive, enjoy your new phone :)

I have an XS Max coming soon myself, hopefully tomorrow. I know it's a bit of a silly time to buy but the deal was just too good to pass up. £550 for a 512GB model! That will last me for quite a while. I hope the battery life is good.

I bought this phone 2 days ago (pro max 256 gb, silver) for (converting to UK pounds) 666£.

It's in really good shape, still with warranty.
This silver model steel can be polished well so it can look like new on sides (comparing to that green or space grey).
Anyway, enjoy your new phone man :D
