Mine is pretty much always on my wrist except when I'm sleeping and I take it off to charge. I typically put it on right before I head to work and take it off right when I'm actually ready to go lights out and go to sleep

I always put my Apple Watch on first when I get up in the morning and last thing I take off before I go to bed. I like being able to see who is calling or texting me without having to keep my phone around me all the time

I bought my Apple Watch specifically for fall detection and the pulse monitoring/EKG. So I wear it as much as possible, especially at home, and even in the shower (I know it’s not recommended, but if I fall in the shower...!). I only take it off to charge it.
And it has already paid off.

I’ve developed some heart issues as a side effect of meds, and we’re still determining their severity.

This morning, I was calmly reading in bed when my watch notified me that my pulse has been fast for ten minutes while I appear to have been stationary. I checked the data in my iPhone, and it was pretty much double my normal resting pulse rate, and I had no clue.

I’m supposed to take a pill when that happens, but I have to know in the first place. I took my pill and was able to show the data to my doctor this afternoon. It’s obviously not a replacement for the tests my cardiologist will/has run, but it’s another data set.

I use AutoSleep to track my sleeping patterns, so I basically wear it all the time except during a shower when I charge the battery up.

I never do, I keep trying to start doing it but I wash my hands a lot and I don't like doing it with the watch on.
