Wow, having a TEE is pretty extreme for a T wave inversion. It wasn’t the EKG that showed the shape oof my heart. I said I went through a battery of tests. They did an transesophageal echo test.

Every single one of my EKG was coming out looking like I had an 80 yr old heart (doc’s comment) n I was only in my 30s. So I had holter monitor, stress test more ekgs n finally the TEE. I think the idea of thinking I had heart issues was causing additional stress causing what I thought was chest pain n the cycle began. So after all that end results was a weird shaped heart. So Doc just compares the old ekg to each new one n as long as they look the same I’m good to go.Wow, having a TEE is pretty extreme for a T wave inversion.
The only thing that surprised me was how easily the thing worked. I expected that there would be a struggle to get it to work and there wasn’t. As with most Apple things “it just worked.”
I call BS on the doctor's "80yo heart" comment. I would never say such as thing from looking at an EKG. Sounds like you had a lost of unnecessary testing and waste of healthcare dollars, which is the primary concern of physicians with this Apple Watch EKG feature.Every single one of my EKG was coming out looking like I had an 80 yr old heart (doc’s comment) n I was only in my 30s. Well, that was exactly what he said to me. I saw a cardiologist after that and he was the one that sent me for the other tests. He basically gave me a copy of my ekg to keep n told me to make sure that I keep it handy when getting any other ekg. First time I had an ekg with my new primary physician he gave me a look after looking at it. Told him my history he got a copy of my old ekg n said ok no changes. It used to worry me since my mom had heart issues but she did live to be 85. I don’t worry about it any longer.
Stop being OCD, this is not supposed to be a high quality EKG. It's nothing to worry about. It's an artifact.Just took mine and as expected it says no problem. However I exported the data and can see an 'odd' blip in the T wave at 25 seconds. It is also on the original recording. Anyone know if this is a reading or just a recording/rendering error. Also looks like I have a naturally small P wave.

Artifact. Quit worrying. This is what I was cautioning about, overanalyzing data that people have no idea what it means.Got another "blip" today at 9 seconds. Just looks to probably be an inaccurate reading. Also oddly I have a Check Mark at 26 seconds. Wonder what this means? Do others get Check Marks. Was not on my last 2 recordings.

I'm NOT worrying but simply commenting at what it's recording. Also wondering what the Check Mark means and if others are seeing it.Artifact. Quit worrying. This is what I was cautioning about, overanalyzing data that people have no idea what it means.
You have sinus tachycardia with a lot of wandering baseline artifact. Try staying still during the test. I suspect in order to avoid liability, it will not label anything sinus rhythm that is above 100bpm.Downloaded the update this morning. First 5 readings all "inconclusive." So right now...yes. My pulse just sitting here can be high at times for me. My BP was also considered "extremely high" when I saw the doc in July but blamed on "white coat syndrome." (Doc told me to do daily readings at home for 7 days, those numbers were all fine)
AND I also had one large cup of coffee..so perhaps this is bad time to do a reading. I'll try again later. But I feel fine, little tired but that's "normal" at 10:15 on a cold gloomy Sun. morning.
I have done 3 or 4 ECG readings with the watch and looked at the exported data. I did not see a check mark in any of the PDFs.Also wondering what the Check Mark means and if others are seeing it.
I also just looked at the exported data and didn’t see any check marks.I have done 3 or 4 ECG readings with the watch and looked at the exported data. I did not see a check mark in any of the PDFs.
Overall, I was impressed by how easily it worked.

Actually/oddly/weirdly and in a way obtusely the last time I visited a Dr. was about 10 years ago when I dropped a steel case on my foot and needed stitches. And all she saw or checked was my foot. I did do a blood test a few years ago (need to do again) and read myself using the internet. Also have not used a ¢ of medical insurance since about 1995 when I broke my hand skiing.I believe he’s just having fun discussing little things. He didn’t go out to see the doctor did he?
There's some normal beats, lots of baseline wander, and irregularity. I'm not surprised it called afib. Could be due to PVCs. Might be best to see a cardiologist and get a better quality heart monitor to wearI got AFIB notice when I ran the app last night because of palpitations and it looks pretty wild don’t know what to make of it. I reran ECG again but didn’t get AFIB notice again. I have been to dr office a few times due to palpitations but they didn’t find any AFIB. You can see at 2s there’s an extra beat it’s annoying as hell to feel this.
I'm healthy. My question is. Does this need to be taken periodically. Like everyday or weekly or monthly or yearly for that matter? Is it a genetic thing this is testing for, like some people just have it and some people just don't?
