Thinking of selling my '17 MBP for the very new one myself. Enjoy the new MBA, Lioness.

Onto the drinks. Had some coffee earlier, just Kenya AA with cream and sugar. Currently having some green tea, sencha mixed some lemon grass, and honey. Throat feels a little irritated due to the drier air. Trying to avoid irritating my throat again this year like last and hopefully avoid getting sick.

You can never go wrong with Kenya AA - a terrific coffee.

Once I have finished the stash I brought back from Bosnia, I shall happily return to the coffees of the Horn of Africa.

We've been enjoying a bag of Dr. Lupo's Lifeline from King's Coast Coffee. It's a really good blended variety. I highly recommend it!

Huehuetenango, Guatemala
Altitude: 1300-1850 Meters
Variety: Heirloom Ethiopian varieties, Catuai, Caturra, Villa Sarchi

Sounds amazing; what are the percentages of the respective coffees used in this blend?

I haven't a clue. The company doesn't say on their site, either. Whatever they are, they hit the mix perfectly!

Fair enough.

I hope you enjoy it.

The main reason I asked is that if the percentage of Ethiopian coffee is too low, the clear, bright, clean characteristics of Ethiopian coffee might be overwhelmed by other coffees.

A lovely start to a beautiful sunny Saturday. A full English and a surprisingly wonderful flat white made with fresh Peruvian beans In Marks and Spancers

Are those poached eggs I spy?

Wonderful. Do enjoy.

They are indeed. Made perfectly. A little pressure on them and the yolk poured out. Perfect. Also the tomatoes were lovely and sweet, the mushrooms full of flavour. I really couldn’t criticise any of it.

And now, believe it or not, I am waiting in my favourite chip shop for fish and chips (with plenty of salt and vinegar on)!

Perfectly prepared patched eggs are a real treat, and I love them.

Flavoursome mushrooms, and tartly sweet tomatoes sound wonderful, too.

Glad you enjoyed it; and few things compare as comfort food to a helping of fish & chips from a really good chipper that know what they are doing.

Finishing off the last of our Dave's Coffee Organic Guatemalan. Very nice cup of coffee. It's a rotating seasonal organic and will be switched out with an organic Colombian in the next order. If it's even half as good as the Guatemalan I'll be impressed!
