Ordered some Ethiopian coffee.
I received my order this week from Crosby Coffee but am a little concerned about the roast date? Roasted on 11.11. Do you think this is a little “old”?

unless it was exposed to some weird temperature/weather/environment, you're totally good.
I recently acquired a soymilk making machine, so have started drinking my lattes with that. As long as I add a little bit of sugar it tastes fine. Slightly unusual, but as lattes with soymilk is what I drank when living in Asia, I'm used to it.
I liked the breakfasts I had in Taiwan that had lots of fresh warm soy milk to drink with it. And, although nothing to do with coffee, the green tea lattes made with soy milk that Starbucks does over there. While my father occasionally tried soya milk, my now preference is for full fat milk, and, in parts of the world where that is not available, I tend t drink my coffee black.
A good choice, they also have nice beaches to drink that coffee on.
I'm having a mug of Ethiopian with brown sugar and hot milk.
Went to Whole Foods and found David Lynch Signature coffee!
Now I have more coffee, and my bank account is poorer.
That is a trade off I never regret; good coffee is an investment in your own well-being, a cost that is "priced-in" to the concept of maintaining one's quality of life.
I think that it may be a matter of priorities.Absolutely! My only regret is that I don’t have more money to buy more coffee!
My machine has been down for a couple of weeks. I finally got the part to fix it today, its a magnetic float that sits in the water tank and interacts with a relay switch inside the machine to tell it there is water in the tank and its safe to turn on.
new coffee arrived this afternoon.....some from Peru, some from Honduras and some Sumatra
I'd just made the last cup of coffee from my previous order, so the delivery was fortunate
I've been trying out various coffees from this seller and I've bought the Sumatra several times. It's very enjoyable. I haven't had either the Honduras or the Peru before.....but at the moment I'm having a cup of the Peru coffee and it's quite good.Nice timing!
Enjoy your coffees.
Have you any particular preference among them?
