Ahhh, always read the small print. One of my favourite coffee spots in Geneva, about 5 minutes from my apartment. Great food and coffee, also a selection of other fine beverages and they have always been open for takeout during the pandemic. My visits there have been pretty infrequent due to my budget but I still pass by on occasion.

I've missed being able to drop into coffee shops; to my mind, they rank as one of the most civilised possible of public spaces.

Having a great Double Espresso and hoping for new big iMac M1(x) tonight 🖥⭐️
I really need a new boosted one. My 2013 wants to retire.
Maybe I can use the old to enhance my espresso machine? 😂☕️🖥

I had my long black at a table at one of my pick as the two best coffee chains in Geneva, Boreal. It was at the station after a medical check up. A brief pause but it felt really nice.

Yep! And unlike yesterday, we had great sitting-outside-a-cafe weather today.
Envy, envy.

Sounds wonderful and do enjoy.

where or which brand coffee do you drink

No "brand" per se.

Rather, I tend to patronise - and order from - small local roasters, who, in turn, have cultivated ties with small, local producers of coffee.

In general, I tend to prefer coffees from east Africa and the Horn of Africa (above all Ethiopia, but also including coffee from Kenya, Yemen, perhaps Uganda, and also, occasionally, coffees from Tanzania and/or Rwanda).

However, at the moment, I am drinking a number of coffees from central and south America; my experience of coffees from El Salvador has been uniformly excellent, while the coffee I am currently sampling from Peru - my first from that country - is also excellent.
