A XXL espresso is on intake, and I saw that I missed cancel a spinning class.
I will get a remark 😞
But the place are very generous with mischievous types, as we are allowed to make 3 of those mistakes per month.

So I enjoy my delicious espresso and feeling great even, even if I am a brat 😂

I have recently purchased an electric kettle with a temperature gauge on the side (thank you Aldi...)
This makes using my Aeropress more practical (the best guides recommend 85C).
Putting in a little more coffee, then steeping a bit longer at the proper water temperature is resulting in a more intense brew, but with no bitterness.

From the article --

"Most of the current evidence has demonstrated associations between moderate coffee consumption and the lower risk of ... and mortality"

Does that mean, if I drink enough coffee, it will lower my risk of mortality to zero?
Yes. I drink a lot of coffee and am not dead, so your assumption must be correct.

I'm away from home and in the mood for an afternoon cup of coffee......but none is available, well other than the local Starbucks and Peets outlets.

Maybe I'll have tea instead

A strong and delicious XXL Espresso, and charging for Sweden-Spain.
Can be another one soon too.

Enjoying a late large, as usual, superb espresso.
I’ve realized that when the espresso loose some heat in my insulated mugs, after maybe ~20-40 minute's, I like my espressos even more.

I'm not sure what a large espresso is ... a double espresso? Whatever it is, you have amazing willpower to have a lovely coffee just sitting there for 20-40 minutes without drinking it.

If it really does taste better after half an hour, I'd have to make two and hide one, while drinking the other one immediately!

I might be occupied with something else…like reading, or a conversation etc. while I drink my 'morning espresso' or I still drink of my morning water simultaneously.
My water intake might be even more important than the espresso at times.
The couple of 2 x Double Espresso’s that I fill my mug with are like 275 ml.

My settings on my machine is pretty large for espresso’s I guess.
But they are also maximized within the beans settings, so even if they are large, they are very strong.

If it happens to be too cold after awhile, I can always make another one or two.
No problem 😉

Well this explains it all

"Coffee is not a bean. It is the pit of the coffee plant which is a fruit."
Some refer to not just the "coffee bean" but also the "coffee cherry".

I once visited a coffee plantation in Kenya, was shown around, and given a tour, (and a talk), which included walking among the coffee plants, just me, accompanied by a guide, an employee of the place - this was absolutely captivating - and I was also fascinated by how many layers a coffee 'bean' actually has, - some were plucked from their stems and opened (and the various layers) shown to me, I was encouraged to attempt this for myself - and how retention - or removal - of some of these layers affects the final product (a coffee bean).
