What type of coffee?this morning it's pouring rain; I'm anticipating a second mug of coffee
What type of coffee?
I've just returned from the city where (necessary) bread and milk shopping (and cream shopping) occurred.
Now, it is time for a coffee.
Sounds delicious. The first mug, currently being consumed, is Ethiopian (Sidama region)....as for the upcoming second mug, it'll be either some Hawaiian coffee from Oahu, or the Rwanda coffee that was a surprise Christmas present.
Given the ongoing rain, maybe I'll have a third mug with whichever isn't used for the second

Good looking machine, but totally overkill for my household as of today.
Make a review of how it boosts the espresso love if you replace your Express with it.
Just check if Breville/Sage doesn’t have another new flagship coming out soon, if you are on a spending spree!
Ok, got it.I actually like the manual process, it’s a tactile experience, hard to explain.
My only real “gripe” with my current machine is I wish it was 1/2” (13mm) higher, as some of my favorite cups barely fit under and need tilting.
So was more curious if others experienced or knew others that has that fancy machine , and their thoughts.
Btw, just back from 6 days skiing at Big Sky, Montana. The Airbnb we stayed at did not have an espresso machine.
I’m the “older / fuller guy” with my 3 adult children.
I thought I would try a metal mesh filter for my aeropress, given that the 'expert baristas' say it makes better coffee.
There are two grades of filter - 0.25 mm holes, which are going to be worse than useless; and ~ 0.001 mm mesh, which should be ok. Anyway, I have bought a pack of one of each. Will see how they go, and compare to paper when they arrive.
Also, I haven't looked at eBay for some time. I am truly astonished at the range and number of different coffee toys that are available. The latest thing seems to be a Hario-style cone filter made of a double layer of mesh.
Why am I perusing coffee sites?
I make sure to get my daily cup of coffee through whatever beans necessary. Today, the beans are from Kona, Hawaii -- my favorite.
How right you are.well....supplies will run out before long and you'll need to be prepared for choosing what's to be on the menu next
