What do you think about Norway? The north of Norway. Mine say "Preparing to Ship" and "Arrives 21 sep". I ordered a case, a USB-C to lightning cable and 30w charger which was sent yesterday and will probably arrive today. Fingers crossed for shipping tonight or tomorrow!

When I place my order until 2pm for products in stock they get delivered on the next day. So as much as I'd like to see my Max pre-order shipped today from Milan (it's where all products I order at apple.com get shipped from) I figure they'll only ship it tomorrow at some point in the afternoon/early evening. Thankfully the waiting is almost over. Hoping everything goes as planned so there are no delays!

I am pretty sure you'll get a shipping mail probably today or tomorrow. It depends on the courier and the estimated delivery time. If you live close to a hub, you'll probably get the mail tomorrow night. If you live quite far away from the hub and one of the stated countries below, you should get the e-mail tonight. If I recall right, last year Norway was shipped overnight on a Thursday evening. Same goes for Sweden. Apple has the possibility to ship this late, as the European orders are already here in The Netherlands, Czech Republic and Italy.

The American orders are shipped straight from China, which means they need to be shipped earlier in order to deliver on time. So don't worry, at the very latest tomorrow evening you will see that the item is shipped. We'll all get our phones on the 21st, if that is what Apple promised.

Hey guys, Im in Madrid and I oder my iPhone for pick it up on The Apple Store Sol Store on friday sept. 21, but still in precessing steps, doe the payment is made on the credit card and the case is on the store. Is it normal?

Also, I should pick it up at 9:30 hrs. But I understand the store opens at 8, can I go early and be the first in Line to get it? :p or do I have to show up at 9:30?

Some stores allow it, some don't. For example, the stores in London are very strict. You just gotta go to your store and find it out yourself :)

In Amsterdam an English speaking security (foreigners!) will send you straight away. I have had this too. They claim you are purposely ‘making the line longer than neccessary’

Hahahaha Oh no! But is my firts pick up in Store on the iPhone Lunch day! I'm soooo gonna try to be at 6:30. Thanks for the Info man!

Will there be any discussion in this forum to share the wait in line outside the Apple Stores around the world? That would be exciting!
 
DHL managed to get my case from NL to the south of France overnight, they're pretty good at their job. (fingers crossed)

Good luck to all of you waiting for Friday to get here.
 
I’m far away from Amsterdam. So if DHL will get to deliver it (looks like it), I’m pretty sure there will be a huge waiting time till in the evening for me.

I live in a rural area. :(

You can always change the delivery time frame in DHL On Demand :)

I've done it 12 times already, even while it was being delivered :) No issues.

9:00-13:00
10:00-14:00
11:00-15:00
12:00-16:00
13:00-17:00
 
Has anyone else not been charged by their credit card? Im doing a store pick up, and Apple have just reserved the amount but not any charges yet,,,

Soon after I pre-ordered on the 14th they placed a hold on my credit card but it only got actually charged today. Yesterday I ordered a silicone case and even though it's been already delivered they haven't charged my credit card yet, just placed a hold. I wouldn't worry much about it.

All of my orders has been charged yet. :)
 
Do you have any idea why the option to pick up from the store is not available around the world (Except for the United States) for nearly four days?
From your past experience, do you think Apple Store will open this option before this Friday?
