My iPhone 7 Plus from last year was shipped with DHL. I assume they do not use UPS for iPhone delivery in Europe as it comes from HUB in Netherlands

Well it actually depends. For launch day delivery, for BeNeLux at least, it shouldn’t be delivered by UPS, the iPhones usually being stored in a DHL hub.
For later deliveries, your iPhone may come straight out from China, thus being delivered by UPS.

When I ordered my Apple TV 4K when the pre ordering opened. It was delivered by DHL here I Copenhagen in launch day. It wasn’t shipping until Wednesday or Thursday as I remember since it was coming from he Netherlands. I expect the same for the iPhone X

Hi, no charge yet, but every time in the past, the charge would be seen very late on my orders, sometimes I‘ve seen it, the phone was in my hands (that means after delivery...) i have also ordered a 8 for my wife. This one is I delivery for today, and this one is also not charged yet!

Like I said, iP 8 delivered just in this moment and no charge on CC yet.
But I talked to Apple Hotline this morning, and the guy told me that’s normal to have order in process for pick up in store on Friday for my X. All my details for payment on Cc will be fine, and my order was one of the earliest on Friday. So everything is fine and should be fit on Friday!
